Not refunding the amount

I took service number from locanto . This is the service number [protected]. I paid 13, 000 for 2 hours service . But they didn't give me the service and now refusing to refund . Asking me to wait for 7 days . Kindly look into it and refund my money soon...

I'm writing to alert you that someone has posted a phoney id on the locanto site, in which I'm not at all interested, so please remove my bogus ad as soon as possible. i am getting lot of calls in both normal and whatsapp, because of this I deleted my whatsapp. the calls are harassing and threatening me by saying vulgar...
