TOOK RS 11000 AND DIDN'T EVEN GET MY SERVICE PLEASE SOLVE MY ISSUE

Said 500 advance and 1500 after service. Said to call him when outside the hotel. Paid 500 in advance. Went near the hotel outside called him and he said 1500 in advance i paid it. Then again said to pay 4500 because of her health i paid it. Then again asked 4500 for my health i paid it. He said they will refund 9000 after the service and 2000 is for the service. But i never got the service. After paying him 9000 he again asked me to pay 4500.

I requested a refund or to deliver the service to me. I saw today a ticket from you in my email and when I tried to log into my account, it was banned. I tried to contact costumer care but it says that “error occurred” and I’m not allowed to send any quires. Also I get message “we couldn’t determinate you are not a robot”.
I still didn’t get a refund for service that you didn’t provide so I’m escalating it to PayPal since you are useless.

On 18 Jan 2022, on Locanto website someone with an account named 'Polchi' (https://www.in.locan.to/by/polchi/f6172c/) has published my morphed pictures with Ad ID '[protected]'. This is done to harass and extort money from me. I have already lodged a police complaint against the person and the Locanto website.

I want this ad to be removed urgently.
Also, please ban the user and their IP addresses from the website.

I am going reverse that two transaction of 500 and 300 by putting a police report.

I took service number from locanto . This is the service number [protected]. I paid 13, 000 for 2 hours service . But they didn't give me the service and now refusing to refund . Asking me to wait for 7 days . Kindly look into it and refund my money soon
