[Resolved]  Locanto — can't log in

I have been logged out of my locanto account unexpectedly. I know what my details are and haven't forgotten them as i have them written down. I have tried to reset my password multiple times and have just been presented with a message saying an email has been sent yet i have not received one. I need to get into my locanto as soon as possible as it's one of the main sources of income for me.
