[Resolved]  Locanto — can't promote my ads to top ads

I have an private account in locanto and i had put an ads in it. Now i want to promote my ad to a top ads through my international atm card (Visa platinam) card. I had putted my card name and number in it and i got otp in my mobile next i put it correctly. Many time i tried but my payment canceled and re directed. So how can i complete it pls help me step by step. My gmail is:-
