Locanto — fraud case

I 1 month ago I visit Locanto dating site . Then one girl name Shruti ask me to initial deposit of Rs 881. I paid then she ask again for 6000 i paid money and she said we need to create I'd you again submit 5000 . All your amounts is refundable to you after service . Neither they provide services nor they refund money when I ask her to give my money back she refuse/ denied. After 1 month another girl name muskan ask call and tell me that she gone to refund and ask me for 3000 Rupees for refund form and 3000 for I'd cancellation . But after that she refused and not respond to my phone call.
Total Amount 881+5000+6000+3000+3000= 17881 need to refund otherwise I should take legal action against you under section 415 of Indian penal court cheating, section 211 section 499 for mental harrasement with 2 years imprisonment and criminal offences and section 421 for Fraud which can taken you imprisonment for 3 years and fine.
