I received a call from elite love dating service on 3 Nov 2020 stating that they are working with locanto dating site and they will provide me dating service for 2000rs.I paid them 2000rs for the service and received a receipt for it then they sent me two photos to choose my dating patner. I selected one of the photo and sent it to them back for confirmation then they made me talk with my match in a conference call after that they asked me pay them 32800 as a refundable deposit for creating my profile I was not confident to pay that amount of money so they told me to pay half of the amount which is 16400rs I paid them then they told me that the system is not accepting the money so I need to pay rest of the money which is 16400rs I paid them after that I got a QR code form them and asked me scan and tell them my id which has been created for this dating purpose after they made a conference call with my match and fixed the timing then after minutes they called me and asked to pay 92800rs for medical in which they will cut 2800 as a medical charges and refund to me when I get the personal details of my match i paid them think it is refundable then the next day they asked me to 160000rs in which they subtracted 90000 and asked me to 70000 as a security deposit for mailing i paid them because they told me that all this money will refund once I receive my dating patner personal details via mail. All this process was done on 4 November. 5 Nov 2020 morning they called me stating that my dating will be fixed and I will receive my refund then after sometime they made a conference call with my partner and fixed the dating once my dating was confirmed they asked me to show 100000 as a security deposit then they will send me the personal details of my match via mail I paid 53000 which I had at that time then I was not able to deposit rest of the amount on that day so I finished paying balance amount on 6 Nov 2020 then the same day executive told me that they will refund my money back because I have completed my process. After this conversation with the executive they called me telling that we are not able to send you the balance amount because my profile was created on 3 Nov 2020 and I have not taken any service I need to upgrade my profile to get refund for that I need to pay 82000rs to show in their system to upgrade it and refund my money I was not able pay them they gave me time to pay rest of the amount and told if I'm not able to pay 82000 by 7 Nov 2020 or else they will charge me with late fine.In all this process they have been telling me this is done by locanto dating service you need to pay amount so that system will complete the step atlast also they told me that my profile needs to be upgraded by locanto dating service only and they can't do anything regarding that for refund they need to upgrade my profile first then they will refund my money back please help me with this I have attached all details sent by them.
