[Resolved] Locanto — locanto my ad is not visible on locanto escorts ambala category

I would like to bring to your kind notice that my ad with Ad ID: soniyakhan51 is not visible. I have i renewed with top and pole position feature for my ad. Still its not shown in the escorts category in Ambla. May i know the reason for not showing my ad in desired category.
