A user took money nd nt providing service whatsapp no.[protected]. I paid through paytm after bargaining which she agreed on. Now shw is demanding original amount. She replied in an hour. I said that frst provide service nd i will pay remaining amount. She denied nd my 500 is gone she said. Plz resolve.
