Locanto — my acc have been banned but I do nothing

I just see some product and ads and suddenly my acc have been banned... My nickname is spirit1213. I dont know why locanto just banned this acc. I just see services about relationship and suddenly when i want to log in back... It just banned me. I hope this can be solved really2 quick. Im serious about this
