Locanto — my advert remains pending

I have on several attempts tried to post my advert on locanto in (tasmania) but it remains my advert is pending and never gets approved. my first advert got approved and then i and try another ad and since then they all remain pending awaiting be approved and they don’t even get looked at, it has been this way for about a week or so. if you can get the his problem resolved it would be muchly appreciated.
