Respected sir/madam,

The locanto personal services agent called me dated: 5th may 2019 and asked for rupees: 1200 i had paid but after that they asked rupees :12000 for call verification and security i had paid it also they they asked rupees: 28000 for madam profile verification charges i didn't paid it also now they are asking 14000 more for club licence but i asked them to cancel the procedure and refund the previous money but now they are saying if the procedure doesn't complete we cannot give money back.
Kindly request please help me in this situation they are not giving back money. Please refund money back...
