I have two email address/accounts on Locanto, and when I post an ad on either account, I am asked for mobile number to verify, but there is no phone numbers on my accounts? Therefore I am unable to post any adverts on Locanto at all. If I wish to reply to an advert on Locanto, I get the same request to verify with phone number, or my phone number is linked to another account, and yet again, there are no phone numbers linked to either of my email accounts...I've contacted support several times now, they say they have removed the number from my accounts, but I am still not able to post any adverts with either account, nor can I reply to any advert from either account?
Can someone please sort this out for me as it is so annoying, frustrating, and the assistance I get back regqarding these issue, does not solve the problem. Was this information helpful? |
