Locanto — Refund of 1,10,671

1st, they asked for 499+3000
Then asked for 7500+7500 for mine and the girls' safety
Later on, again 15000 as the previous transaction was not done at once
Then they kept on asking for document verification, ID verification, GST, and what not
Not even a single penny has been refunded
They are not picking up my calls and not responding to my texts
Kindly solve this issue at the earliest, as all my savings are gone and I am helpless now

I got no service from Locanto, not even a single rupee refund
It's a complete scam
