[Resolved] Locanto — registration portal | |||
Hi locanto. Firstly, locanto would not accept my message via the 'contact' pathway - it said it couldn't tell i wasn't a robot. I permanently deleted an existing locanto account, and recently would like to re-register. However, because i used my email address for the deleted account, the system won't allow me to register with that email address. When i cancelled my existing account, i recall several warnings about it's permanence, but nothing about this preventing creating a new account using the same contact details. Is there a way to fix this, so i can create a new account with my existing email address? Was this information helpful? | |||
