Locanto — Remove link from locanto website

I posted 1 ad before from registering to locanto... But it got linked with google search.

When I search my mobile number the ad was visible in google search, but I didn't want that to be on google.

I later login to delete the ad but it had login problem, and I changed my password to login but the account was recreated and I couldn't able to access old account.

I'm struggling to remove that link from locanto and I gave complaint last time to locanto, but they have just removed my ad and replaced some bad obscene content ad associated, when I search my mobile number on Google.

Also I requested google, they said they can't take that link out, because it's still visible in your locanto website.

I think it's SEO problem. Please look into that issues as soon as possible.

Google is denied to remove that URL link because it still exist in your website.

The content will be keep on changing from time to time if I search. Please look into this issue as soon as possible, I'm trying this from past 1 year and very irritated with this things.
