Please do the needful some one posted some dirty add using my number... I'm getting calls often... Please remove the ads which is under my name n number

This ad is appearing first when my number is googled and i am getting frequent unnecessary calls even at night.

Please check the ad, photo attached below. Request you to please do the needful. I am not able to trace the ad but the google search for my number divert to the mentioned ad and i was being told that the number is being mentioned in the website.
I am no where related to the same and please remove the ad..

Please check and resolve the same at the earliest as i need to seitch off my phone due to enormous calls to the same number.
