Logix Group — arrogant, ridiculous n irresponsible maintenance department

I was shifting to one tower to another n when I needed the clearance then the Maintance department handed over a payment of past pending electricity bills of 3 months, out of which one bill was updated incorrectly on payment ( I have no clue how it happened on Paytm ).
In the middle of hassle of shifting I had to run numerous times to Maintainance department to collect all the necessary details as I was continually making electricity payments every month n never received any kind of reminder for non or missed payments.
Finally when I spoke to the “state manager” he told its my mistake and I should have been aware of that. I mean such a ridiculous n irresponsible response. Rather than accepting n acknowledging the lack of proper communication that guy blamed me for not being aware of due payments n when I asked for the higher management to talk about this matter, he said he is on the top, also, asked everyone in the department not to share any complaint email id or phone number. What a disgusting n poor management. These people think not many people are aware of their such idiotic and arrogant behaviour, but I have read many complaints and heard from many people that the management of societies here in noida is ridiculous for many developers.
I wonder developers n builders spend a lot of time n money fir building such societies but they poorly focus on the management, which is the utmost important part coz people suffer n the developers get bad mouth for their projects.
