arrogant, ridiculous n irresponsible maintenance department

I was shifting to one tower to another n when I needed the clearance then the Maintance department handed over a payment of past pending electricity bills of 3 months, out of which one bill was updated incorrectly on payment ( I have no clue how it happened on Paytm ).
In the middle of hassle of shifting I had to run numerous times to Maintainance department to collect all the necessary details as I was continually making electricity payments every month n never received any kind of reminder for non or missed payments.
Finally when I spoke to the “state manager” he told its my mistake and I should have been aware of that. I mean such a ridiculous n irresponsible response. Rather than accepting n acknowledging the lack of proper communication that guy blamed me for not being aware of due payments n when I asked for the higher management to talk about this matter, he said he is on the top, also, asked everyone in the department not to share any complaint email id or phone number. What a disgusting n poor management. These people think not many people are aware of their such idiotic and arrogant behaviour, but I have read many complaints and heard from many people that the management of societies here in noida is ridiculous for many developers.
I wonder developers n builders spend a lot of time n money fir building such societies but they poorly focus on the management, which is the utmost important part coz people suffer n the developers get bad mouth for their projects.

club usage charge even after taking club membership fee
I have purchased studio apartment in blossom zest, set 1, unit no. 1120 in subvention plan. I got the possession letter for my unit no. 1120, set 1, and paid the final amount to get noc. Along with noc, i got the maintenance agreement. But, i can see in point no 2.3 there is monthly usage charge of rs 750 + gst is mentioned for club usage. However, i have already paid the club membership amount at time of purchase. I am ready to pay maintenance charge of rs 2 + gst per sq feet but club usage charge is totally unjustified. Either return the club membership amount or remove this usage charge from the agreement.
I don't think this charge is feasible and applicable to me.

tv cable issue

In our flat in logix blossom green not getting tatasky, videocon, airtel or any other signal in balconies. Cant put disc on the terrace as they have not permitted. And only siti cable is available and they have no hd box and services are pathetic. From last 10 days we dont have any cable.
Either give permission for the terrace or put tatasky cables in flats.

logix blossom zest (refund money)
I booked a flat tower d-1002 in logix blossom zest's project in 2012 and assured me that possession give me by 2014 but now 2018 and my tower work has been stay since 2016. I had bought this flat for my stay.. Not for investment.. Currently, i am paying rent as well as emi. I want all my money back from builder. Builder denied refund money so kindly help me.

Same case is with me booked with Logix Zest in SAT -1 in 2011, possession was assured in 2013, Now after continues reminders only one reply is coming from the last over 2years that applied for CC, and possession will be given shortly.I donot know that even after 2 years completion certificate is awaited.

delivery of project logix blossom green
I am the owner o[censored]nit U 1401 in Logix Blossom Green, sector 143, Noida. The project was supposed to be delivered in 18 months but 5 years have passed since and no sign of delivery yet. I had put all my savings in this property and have been paying bank emi to pay the loan amount but with the current state of the project it is tough to estimate when it will be delivered. Even the banks have stopped all payments to Logix Group and it is own it's own in the market. I seriously doubt the intent of the company to develop and deliver the project because I feel they are purposely doing all this, please note that they recently delivered Logix City Center in Noida- a commercial property. All telephone calls and mail communications to Logix Group go unanswered. I have completely lost faith in Logix Group and is worried if the amount of money I have at stake, I have been writing to Logix for the same, but not getting any response. I want my money back, please help.

I booked my flat in logix zest in sector 143, noida in feb 2014. It was 1-1.5 years project (Because at the time of booking the structure was completed) but after 3.5 years, i still have not received the possession and logix is again and again extending the possession date. They are not even giving the penality and not increasing it. What shoud i do?

This is related to delay in giving possession and asking interest instead of giving delay panalty of our flat by logix group (The builder), i purchased a unit in sector-143, noida in "blossom greens" project dated 08-aug-2010 and i was committed then the possession time is 18 months from the said date i. E. 08-aug-2010. Besides, it was also mentioned then, that there will be a grace period of 6 months.
Given this fact the possession date should have been ideally around aug, 2012. On the other hand they also made us to pay around 95% of the total cost of our unit.
What should i do i got letter last payment they are asking interest, increased area... And so builder panelty is zero despite fact that project delay by 5 years.
Please advised.

Delayed possession by Logix group on Blossom Greens project

This is related to delay in giving possession of our flat by Logix group (the Builder), I purchased a unit in Sector-143, Noida in "BLOSSOM GREENS" project dated 08-Aug-2010 and I was committed then the possession time is 18 months from the said date i.e. 08-Aug-2010. Besides, it was also mentioned then, that there will be a grace period of 6 months.
Given this fact the possession date should have been ideally around Aug, 2012. On the other hand they also made us to pay around 95% of the total cost of our unit.
This is very sad that they have not completed even a single unit that is ready to be given for the possession. In short the pace of their construction process is dead slow. Now it is almost more than (2 + 5.9 = 7.9) years that we're badly suffering and also bearing worst heat ofloss, as we've been paying EMI and are also helpless to pay rent that too with 10% hike in rent every year.
Last week only we visited Logix office to check status and they told it may take another 1 year to complete .
Now this has become seriously difficult for us now to cope up with this extra cost added to our monthly budget a house rent and mental trauma we've been going through.
Therefore this is our sincere request you to kindly pay attention to our grievance.
My family and I really look forward to your kind help and support by intervening with Logix authorities .
I believe that a voice of common man like me will be heard and acted upon.

Empire estate Project not returning money after 4 year project still not aproved

I have bookd Plot in Nov 2011, after more tehn 4 year, the project still not aproved and it was 200 acres project company has sold out 100 acres without informing us, when i asked to cancell my plot and return my amount they agred and saying retur my money within one month with 10 % interset, but more tehn 4 month still not recived my money and when we call tey said when check will ready they will call back more then 100 buyes like me and we r filing compian against Logix so pls if any one who aslo face similar issue call us at [protected]

I booked my flat in logix blossom county sector 137, Noida in March 2010. It was 18 month project but after 4.5 years still not received the possession and Logix is again and again extending the possession date. They are not even giving the penality and not increasing it. What shoud i do ?

Logix Group never delay in the project possession. Infact Logix Group is committed to maintain and expand its tradition of 'excellence through quality', through its indomitable will and resolve to invent and create new avenues for those who believe in changing challenges into opportunity. Some of the customer complaints about the Logix Group property are fakes and want to down company's reputation in the market. So avoid these fake complaints and just choose Logix Builders for your dream home and commercial space.
Logix Properties are available in the different location in Noida. The properties in these key sectors have seen healthy price value appreciation. Sometimes this may be happens due to some basic raesons like customer payment is not paid due the time or there may be some problem on the documents means documents are not complete as the requirement.
I dont think that Logix Group delay in possession of property. Logix Group has been the front-runner in setting up and promoting IT industry in India. The company has established more than 25 such facilities and completed more than 4 million sq. ft. of IT facilities.

Logix Blossom county is a residential project of Logix Group located in Noida sector 137. I have also purchased a 3bhk property in Logix Blossoms County and every process will done on time and possession of property get on the time as given.
Probably Logix is a big name in commercial projects and that is why we trusted and booked our flat with them hoping and believing that this is the first residential project of Logix and they will put 200% to make their strong feet in the residential as well.
But everything was just a false hope and we are waiting for last 5 years and still their is official announcement or new of possession. I hope they will show some honesty unlike other builders and take care of their reputation while paying the penalties.

I booked 2BHK in Logix Blossom County. I recently visited the site and very happy to see the interiors' quality they are using. Quite impressive. Very happy booking my dream home with Logix Group.
No doubt Logix is a big name in real estate but they have lost the faith of consumers who have booked flat in Logix Blossom Greens & Logix Blossom Coutnty. It has been more than 4 years people have booked their flats but no possesion in site. Logix is not releasing payment to contractors because of which no work is happening. The buyers have been cheated to the maximum possible extent and who have put their entire life saving in these projects. It is highly likely that legal proceedings will be initiated against Logix soon. Who soever is putting positive comments in this forum are people who have been paid to show a rosy image of the builder so apply your brains, Go to builder site and see the realty.
Seems most of the members are either brokers or logix symphathisers. Those who are planning to buy shud themselves go and visit the LBC site.logix has not only delayed its first residential project but has also gone down in quality. End product looks pathetic.

I am one of the Buyers of Logic Blossom county Apartments. Here are the synopsis and its true to every core. I can provide legal evidences and now i am on verge of filling a court case against logic with names on Frogery and Cheating Basis:
- Booked a flat when the project was launched in 2010 Feb
- Flat Possession was promised with 18 months plus grace of 6 months
- Its end of 2015, no possession offer has been made till now
- I visited the Logic office multiple times, and each time, it is told you can ask for penalty during the final payment
- I finally did received the final payment request and i fell laughing. It mentioned, they super are of flast has been increased by 56sq ft. and i need to pay for that increase and on top of that interest on that. My question:
- Was i notified that the area of flat is going to be increased, if yes, where is the demand notice for the same?
- Will i get a changed builder-buyer agreement mentioning the change
- Why should i pay interest for something, for which I never received any demand letter. Because if i have not received any demand letter, this means, i have not defaulted on any payments. I do not stand to be penalised on something which i never got requested for.
- There was no penalty payment included. Why is that? I asked for this multiple times in Logix office, and i was told it will during possession. Now they are saying, you you don't have it. This is shear cheating.
- It includes fire fighting charges and other charges, which i have already paid. Where did this came from? Do you want me to post the receipts of actual payments now?
People, any one facing same issue, please feel free to email me. Change in salable area

I had booked a flat in Blossom County in April 2010. Area of flat alotted was 1425 sq.ft. and promised to deliver in 18 months. Till now the project is not completed. A few months back I got a mail from them (see below) that the saleable area of the flat was revised to 1350 sq.f . I do not accept that and requested to allot me a bigger flat rather than a smaller flat at the same rate that I had booked my original flat. I have already paid 90% of the total amount. I like to know why the area was revised when the original plan was already passed and agreement was signed. If it is their mistake then why should I be penalised and not them?

Logix Blossoms County is located in Sector 137 of NOIDA, Blossom County is the first residential complex by Logix offering 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses. The complex is planned to have an exclusive 1 lac sqft of club house having facilities like gymnasium, Spa, indoor sports, large swimming pool &kids pool, party hall, medical centre, theme park, etc.
Blossom County is one of the luxury residential property in Noida which provide you the wonderful environment of living and provides you the ultra luxury facilities and amenities to stay there. Logix Group never change its salable area because he is the famous real estate developer and some news want spoil their image in the market.
I always heard about Logix Group that he is a reputed real estate property developer in India. One of my friend has purchase an office space in Noida and I also looking for the property because he has suggest me. I think all these kind of fake news want destroy the reputation of Logix Group.
Blossom County is the residential project by Logix Group Noida. The prject is Located in Sector 137 of Noida. Blossom County is the first residential complex by Logix offering 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses. I dont think that Logix Group Change in salable area in any project just because it the world class company in Noida. Logix Group always do its work very honestly and sincerely.
Logix Group has its good reputation in the real estate market. I don't think that Logix Group can do this kind of mistake becouse Logix Group is the best real estate developer in India.
I think Logix Group is a famous real estate builder and who is in the market since 1997 now he a reputed developer and some people want spoil the reputation of Logix Group in the real estate market. Because I have purchased a commercial space and one residential apartment in Noida and I am happy with that...
Hi my name is mamta yadav I also have booked a flat is Logix Blossoms county in Noida. The property is build up by Logix Group. I don't face this kind of problem and till now I never heard any kind of complaints against Logix Group..
I don't think so that Logix Group changed the salable area because Logix Group is the best company in NCR. Logix Group emerged in the real estate sectors. Some company or people want to down the fame of Logix Group but Logix Group is really a world class company in India.
Logix Group is India's Famous real estate developer who has been founded in Noida, India in 1997. Logix Group always think about the customers need. I don't agree with this comment that Logix Group can change the salable area of any customers as the have booked.
Hi this is Sachin and I am an investor in real estate sectors. I have invest in various properties of Logix Group. But never face that kind of problem and I am happy with Logix Group.

I booked a unit V 204 in Logix green project, sector 143, Noida in July 2011.As booking amount, I issued three cheques (amount one lac, fifty thousand and one lac) of total two lac fifty thousand. Later I stopped these cheque due to land acquisition problem arise in noida extension area.
