Not taking care of patient in ortho ward

My father name is ravinder Kumar has been expired at LNJP hospital on 30 June, 2021 at 5:16 am, but there is mistake made by hospital in name (Ravinder sharma) mentioned on issued death certificate by hospital, now I am not able to visit hospital, how can I correct this mistake. Please take action on priority....

Death certificate obtained with incorrect information regarding address of Sh Anil Kishore Kandpal passwd away on 26.4.21 in the hospital due to covid was submitted with corrections form in the hospital and it was informed by concerned hospital staff that one OTP will be received, but no OTP received yet...

Our patient complaint for dirty bathroom, and water flowing continusely due to tap not repair, since she admitted around 1 week, gyne department, labour room, 2nd floor, lnjp hospital.

I submitted death certificate rectification form/application in respect of jag parvesh dagar (Corona warrior) vide diary no 1330 dated 11/06/2020 and same will be forwarded to mrd block, lnjp hospital, near delhi gate, delhi-110002 on 12/06/2020. The officer said it will take 10 to 15 days for correction in spellings of name of above deceased, father name and address, than i visited after 15 days concerned person in mrd said its not done it will take time for more than a month. I would request you to look into this and what is the reason for such delay i need this certificate for compensation for corona warrior, lic, ppf, etc..

My name is mayank jain s/o ramesh kumar jain add-1/1970-c east ram nagar shahdara. My wife monika has found possitive covid 19 on date of 5th may and sample taken on 03 may 2020 and we inform to 1075 helpline and she was admit in lok nayak hospital on 7th may as she was having pain. She is 9th month pregnant and due date was 14th may. Hospital take her test on 14th may 2020 at 7am and we have been informed on 19 may that there is kit failure and the sample is taken again on 19 may 2020 and sample is again taken for which information received again on 20 may 2020 that the sample is rejected.

We are unable to understand why this is taking too long time to test a patient who is pregnant and delivery is due, the patient moral is going down day by day due to this harassment.

We also feel that the private test report of lal path some wrong report which is receices on 05 may 2020 as my test is also taken with her and the report is come negative and no one have any symptoms.

No one is informing whether the delivery takes place in hospital or outside if the patient found negative, no one is informing when the patient will be discbarge.

We also received a call from one of the department that says the lnjp hospital has uploaded the information on the basis of which she was found positive as per the report dated 12 may 2020, this is again not possible at all as she was tested for the first time on 14 may only. This make all the family member tensed.

Different infornations are coming from different department.

We request you to intervene at the earliest and either allowed to get her test done from outside or get the test report urgently and do further procedure.

Last night she again feeling pain and informed the same at 03:00 am and shifted to labour room, but no doctor come to test the issue till 13:00 of next day.

We request you kindly intervene and take immediate action.

A patient, her name is partwati, aged 55, was admitted in your hospital in a general ward no. 28 on bed no. 02 from 14.05.2020. But there is no seriousness showing from the hospitals to treat the patient seriously, as her condition is not so normal and she is suffering from this covid-19 from last 10 to 12 days. Before admission of lnjp, she was admitted in icu of jeevan anmol hospital, which means she has a critical condition. A day is almost going to be over but still she did not get any medicine in lnjp and no food or other basic things also not provided to her. She is in general ward without getting any treatment from your hospital.

We are not happy with this careless treatment for the critical patient, atleast hospital should have taken her on icu or in other critical unit. We need the solution of this problem immediately. I am herewith attaching all the reports of her. Please look into the above matter and take an action immediately.

I am a covid 19 patient in surgical ward 5A location 5 th floor
I have few complaints regarding hospital facility provide to patients here.
1. Here food quality is very bad many people do vomit to eat that food previously a packed food comes from taj that was good enough we patients was good enough with that food but from yesterday 12 may 2020 they are providing very bad quality food people get sick to eat that food as well as in evening they also provide the same food which they supply in afternoon
2. Toilet bathroom is not cleaned regularly even no sanitation in side the ward. Dustbin became full but they don't clean it many time we have say then they do it.
3. Patients have to do too much effort to get sanitizer bedsheet mask. They are not giving if any patient get then it's his luck.
4. Test reports they are not telling what is the result of that report. six day before they took sample from my nose and 5 days before they took blood sample for antibody development but I didn't get any report result.
5. If any patient is very I'll but doctor nurses not comes at the same time to see the patient.

Kindly resolves these issues it will be great help for covid patients here

I want to draw your attention towards the lok nayak hospital and the cmo of evening shift
They torn the transferred slip and called bouncer and beat us.
I reached at 10:00 o clock pm at hospital and i shown the slip to cmo and he started using abusive and misbehaving language and said is this the manner of taking slip and called bouncer and beat me and torn the slip as well.

I submitted birth certificate rectification form with mr dinesh, mrd block, lnjp hospital, near delhi gate, delhi-110002 on 1st july 2019, the officer said it will take 10 to 15 days for correction in spellings of parent’s name of girl child, than i visited after 15 days concerned person was not available than again i visited after a week than person said its not done it will take another week. Worse hospital in terms of cleanliness and professionalism.
Specially the gynaecology section
Today i visited the gynaecologist in this hospital on some one reference but it made my day worse
Long que for getting your prescription paper. No proper management as in pregnancy one should be taken care of these people make pregnant ladies suffer. Different rooms and different ques for each activity like you have to stand for half n hour to do a bo checkup then again half n hour just to check your weight then again horrible toilets if you are told to do urine test. And doctors are so shameless and disrespectful.
They attend you like you are illiterate or something even an animals doctor handle the animal patients with care.
When i somehow manage to enter the doctors room it was empty as she was not available they told me to stand in different queue to seek another doctor. And she was not even a doctor, she examine me like she is assaulting me... As a pregnant lady i need to be cared and she pushed my tummy like hell that it started paining then she talked to me very badly in very loud voice that everyone can hear her assaulting me just because she found i was having a white discharge problem... Geez., i, m pregnant and i may suffer from these things doctors should be taken care of it. But she was worse as possible... Shameless, disrespectful, no rules, no management, unhygienic dirty toilets, no proper order to take care of pregos... Even the peon and guards attend the patients like #... And people just don't raise their voice because you know why,, # govt hospital...
You are serving us, we are not serving you so learn to behave doctors.

The government of delhi has sent the money for the treatment of my mother, i have also received a letter from the secretariat to the hospital and wrote that the hospital has to take necessary action and conduct the operation but till now the hospital has informed have not given,, the condition of the patient is very bad, no one is listening to the department in the hospital nor is taking action. My mother's treatment file and money are both in the hospital but no one is telling yet when the operation is

Doctors and stafs are good, but their punctuality about their job is not upto the mark.
As i visited several Government Hospitals like, RML, AIIMS . They provide better Nursing than Lok Nayak.
For example, due to doctors fault my patient's condition becomes worse. And the admited that too.
Again, every time to täke medicines Nursing oficer call us to the counter.
Every time when their is any referal by doctors, then patients have to do all the things.
which sometimes results as missing some test, etc.
Therefore, I request to please check it as soon as possible because their less punctuality may affect lots of family.
And Wards are very dirty and Bedsheets are changed occasionally.
Please I request you to check it immediately specially in Nurology and ENT ward.

I am Dr Prateek Girotra orthopaedics surgeon. I want to know as in why the interview for senior residency in Lnjp hospital was kept hidden from the public and suddenly uploaded on the website www.delhigov.in and the hospital site on the date of interview that very morning.When all the interviews in Delhi are uploaded at least 3 days before, why this has occurred in Lnjp hospital...Is it to favour some already selected internal candidates and hide this from general public?? This is a serious concern where every seat is important.How can a person suddenly reach the interview site in a short notice of one hour after arranging the documents and getting the draft made from the bank. Is it justice for the public...?? Please clarify and let me know soon

As i m a citizen of delhi and listening about improvement of hospitals ads on fm, i came here with my brother in law who's from ludhiana nd we are coming empty stomach from last three days continously for endoscopy but here doctor's are not available since morning, you are requested plz look in this hospital as patients are suffering a lot and i know our cm is capable a lot for this.

मै कुलदीप पंडित अपने चचेरे भाई को जिसने 5 रूपए का सिक्का निगल लिया है उसके उपचार के लिए मै लोक नायक अस्पताल में आया हूं। यहां पर मै अपने भाई को 2 बजे दोपहर में लेकर आया हुं 2 बजे से लेकर 3:00 बजे तक कोई डॉक्टर आपातकाल वार्ड में नहीं है। वहां से मुझे ओ पी डी में भेजा गया जहां पर डॉक्टर के सहायक जो कि कमरे के बाहर बैठा है कहते हैं कि आपातकाल से लिखवाकर लाओ और अपातकाल में कहते है कि हमारे पास लिखने के लिए कोई अधिकृत अधिकारी नहीं है कृपया इसे संज्ञान में ले। मै आपसे उचित कार्यवाही के अपेक्षा करता हू।

Main subha 7 baje aaya tha or medicine ki lane main laga tha lekin yaha har baar ka drama hota hai window open kiya jaata 9 baje or sirf 1 window open hoti hain logo ko bahut pareshani hoti hai or log aapas mai apne number ke liye ladte hai..

Yaha bahut saare mareez aate hai or jaha jao waha lane lagi hoti hai or medcn lene ke liye pura din ho jaata hai or phr office jao to boss bahut chillata hai ki der se aate ho salary cut kar leta hai or job se hatane ki dhamki deta hai...

Please look into this & request you to please take serious action on it.

I had gone in lnjp hospital, there were an employee the name is masoum raja stay in pan lab. He dont have manner to talk the patience when i said to him you can talk to me politely, he said to me mai aise hi baat krta hu mai ni de raha hu report jo krna h kar le tujhe ab report ni milegi. Nd wo ab mujhe report ni de raha h btao maj kaha jau, usne kaha jaha bhi complain krna hai kr le mera kuch bhi ni kr sakti.
