I was visited in LOK NAYAK HOSPITAL on last night, i was surprise that facing treatment at the time of visit because wahan pr doctor dekhte hi nhi h kisi bhi patient ka dekhte hi nhi h proper, also my sister was visit for suffering stomach pain due to lever issue but no one doctor attending her in EMERGENCY he was attending like some animal. i am so disappoint for this kind of ###.

It is my request kindly look into a matter also attending my sister like normal treatment. Otherwise i will take LEGAL action for this issue.

      Dear sir/madam
      I m the patient of irvin hospital and admitted due to laproscopy histoscopy polypectory procedure. But the way of talking of staff is harrasing the patient one on duty nurse is saying u are in govt. Hospital then you have to manage everything while i told her that i have a problem in sitting hindi pot but she is forcing me to do so and and when i cyied and said no i m not able to do this she said that it is common this is a very small procedure you have to manage but when i forced her then she allow me to go in private room washroom near my post ot ward. If a common person do not raise the voice and silent in front of staff then they will harras the patient. I just mistaken once that i have forget to return the file of my admission when i show in opd to dr. Then they show the file apsconding that may be enough for punishing me then i again make tha file but when the trainee dr ms. Neha came to me and also do missbahve. Now the situation is this in the post ot both nurses are sleeping whole night and when i asked to the washroom she said tum logo ko injection k time pe hi toilet jana hota hai. I don't know the names of nurses but their shift was on 17th dec 8.00pm to morning 18th dec 2018 at gyne post ot ward.
      Please help them to teach how behave with patient and how the duty can be done without sleeping at least in post ot ward where

        Doctors are meant to help people coming out of the pain / injuries they have but today i met a doctor who didn't help me at all. His name is dr. Abdul rehman from lok nayak jai prakash hospital (Emergency) who was considered as the senior doctor available. However, i didn't feel like speaking to a doctor. He don't know how to speak with patients. Today at around 8-30 am, i had to visit the emergency ward since my foot started paining too much and swelling was visible. He checked and advised me to visit the opd but the way he said it was not professional at all. He was shouting which made me feel like i was speaking with an illiterate person. He kept on shouting at me while i was trying to make him understand the situation. He said he will not consider this as emergency since i didn't met with an accident. I was shocked and tried to explain the situation again. Later, he threatened me that if you don't go i will ask the security to throw you out. I was thinking how can a doctor say things like that to patients. But in order to prove himself he asked the security praveen kumar and another one who look like a minor to take me out. I was unable to walk but they pushed me so hard which has increased my pain. This is a real shame for the hospital as well as the whole system for hiring these kind of doctors who misuse their powers.

        I am going to complain about the behaviour and the way he treated me. This incident make me believe that government hospitals are still incompetent.

          Hi there,

          I am very disappointing to writing this note to the lok nayak hospital authority that the doctors which they have appointed to diagnose hiv test on the 2nd floor, room no-233, (Opd dept.) are very unprofessional's as i came here for hiv test as doctors had asked for that so i went to the room no 233 where 4 lady doctors was seated in the room so i knocked the door so they said to me to wait outside although none patient was in at that time & all those lady doctors were laughing loudly & suddenly they closed the door (The day was 16th july monday & the timing was 10:00 am in the morning) so i asked the lady guard who was close to this, why the gate was closed, will the test not happen now, so she said as they wish either they did it or not, post 1 hour waiting door opened by them & they asked to me to come on the day in which your doctors sit for the test, which is really painful for a lady who is pregnant was waiting for the test would get the answer because all the doctors were busy in their gossip this is clearly indicates that they have no concern with any of the patient who were waiting there so long still i went to the hospital on saturday that is 21st july at 10:00 am sharp then i got to know that hiv diagnose team was seating room no 238 instead of 233 then i went to that room but still the story was same as earler all the lady doctors were having tea together & making fun with each others by telling their personal stories, again i asked them for the diagnose hiv test, they took my doctor slip & entered the information in their register for record.
          Again they refused to take any sample for hiv test & told me to come again on upcoming monday this was really unacceptable, just because of their negligence all the pregnant ladies had suffered it may possible they did it when they were comfortable or suited to them, i would request you to take strict action against all of them so that they should know how to treat with the patients and they should not hurt anyone repeatedly without reason.

            Today i visited first time Lok Nayak Hospital Delhi. It was very bed experience as I saw a Old men(60+ age) struggling to get his X-ray report. he visited 2 or 3 times 3rd floor & 4th floor with instruction of their staff and unable to get his report. i also tried to help him, after discussion with 3rd floor & 4th floor staff, they suggest me to visit at ground floor, where the x-ray test performed. i also went there. there was a lady (Name Mrs Sunita) told me get it from registration counter. i also requested to the person who was working for the new X-ray registration. He gave me a register and said to go back to Mrs sunita. i returned to sunita, As she saw me with register. Said " Kya kru main iska, faad k fain dungi, bahar faink de isko, kal aana aaj nhi milega"
            At that time i had to help that guy not to increase any problem to him.
            after 5 min again i visited that cabin, there was a guy(name-Ashis) and i requested to him to help me in getting the same. he understand the problem and gave reprint the report. after getting the report i handed over to that old man. i visited to social welfare office 105 at first floor, there was a old lady, she also refused to take complain and sent me to room no 112. she also didn't tell her name to me. in room no 112 there was a two guy(didn't disclose there name even i requested to know their name) not accepted the complain and told me to wait for HoD, HoD also was a lady didn't accepted the complain. Only one thing i want to know, what was the fault of that old man(his X-ray No-20519 on dated 6/6/2018) and what was the fault of me.

            Bakwas Doctors are good. But jo lab wagera mai bethte hai unhe bilkul bhi tameej ni hi patience se bt krne ki Mosam raja jee ko to bilkul bhi tameej ni hai jo pan lab me bethta hai

              Dear sir/ madam... I have visited the cdc ward of loknayak hospital for treatment of my child, anshu, on 11.05.2018 around 9.30am. I was sitting in the waiting hall (3rd floor) along with my wife and child for my turn. Suddenly lady gaurd (Dont know her name) had told me to leave the waiting hall and forcefully sent me out of the waiting hall (3rd floor) even nursing staff also support that lady guard. When i asked why all of you (Nursing staff) try to sent me out of the waiting hall. Then nursing staff told me that the cdc ward it is specially for females and no male are allowed.in when i ask about the office order in this regards, nursing staff complaint to the doctor (Sitting in room no 311) against me.in this regards when i talk to lady doctor (Room no 311), she also order to leave the waiting hall, even she has not allowed me during the treatment of my ward.

              It is humble request if is such kind of order (Regarding male are not allowed in the waiting hall as well as during treatment of children) issued by the higher officials may kindly be share.

              That lady gaurd, misbehave with all the parents including me. This all cant be possible without the support of nursing staff of cdc ward. She don't know how to talk.
              I'm also an officer i never do like this. If government hospital is there in india and she is the employee then there is no meaning she can talk like this way. All are well educated and have own respect. If someone is going to govt hospital then it does't meaning anyone can do misbehave. Government is providing us facility and she is the employee and getting salary for her service as others. She is here only for service not for scolding anyone.

              I want to say, please give them some taring of basic good behavior before giving medical taring as they need manners more than medical taring.

              The female north eastern doctor who works where blood collections are done. Misbehaved, denied service and called guard and humiliated me. If these are what doctors are and this is the standard of service this is pathetic. And I want action. To be taken against this north eastern sounding doctor.

                Dear sir/ madam... I have visited loknayak hospital for the rabies injection as i have prescribed by the doc. Nursing officer (Don't know her name) had sent me for the fist dose of the rabies injection on 20/3/208. After this 2nd dose of the injection was on 23/3/2018 at 9 am, i was not able to go there by 9 am then i went to room no 21 on 2:00 pm for the second dose. I have requested her for the injection but she refused. Because she has given me time at 9 am.

                My complaint is about misbehave.

                She can refuse as i was not available at given time but at the same time she can't misbehave to anyone. She don't know how to talk. I'm also an officer i never do like this. If government hospital is there in india and she is the employee then there is no meaning she can talk like this way. All are well educated and have own respect.                   Sir 232 room ki doctors bahad batneez ha, m regular checkup ka liye jati hu. Wah hamesha kahti ha ki itna bacha ku paide krti ho, sir wo doctor ha unka kam hi ha patient ko dekhna, kahtay doctor bagwan hotay ha but mera nazariya se wo shaitan ha, jo is duniya ma aaya hi nahi uska liye galat bolti, kuch kaho toh kahti ha oversmart bnati.                     My wife was employed as staff nursein the Hospital till 1991 and took leave due to hepatatis 'B'' which she contracted during her duties in the hospital. Not only did they refuse he leave but forcibly took a resignation from her and kept it with them for all these years. When approched for reinstatement they refused pointing out that she had resigned and her resignation has been accepted. When asked for acceptance of resignation, they couldn't produce one. My wife could seek job elsewhere since she is already empolyed in one institution'and had been without job for 17 years. She has gradution in Nursing. In a nutshell they neither relieve from the post nor allow her to join duty
