Lok Nayak Hospital — despite receiving money from dghs, the hospital is not calling the patient for treatment

The government of delhi has sent the money for the treatment of my mother, i have also received a letter from the secretariat to the hospital and wrote that the hospital has to take necessary action and conduct the operation but till now the hospital has informed have not given,, the condition of the patient is very bad, no one is listening to the department in the hospital nor is taking action.
