Lootshop.in — No returning payments fraud

Fraud transaction I was done on my credit card by moto_tpsl on, for Rs7098/-, so please how can i get this amount back,

I have booked lenovo k4 note Rs 7098/- on lootshop.In Their merchant is moto_tpsl customer care contact number

I have purchased an item Lenova k4 note on 23th March 2016 in lootshop.in, But still I didn't receive the item. I have tried many times their customer care number([protected]) . but the are not picking up the call .Frustrated I have spent Rs7, 098.
lootshop.in & moto_tpsl merchant bank is a Fraud

so please how can i get this amount back,
