Loreal — from the last two years i have done straightening 4 times and the results are horrible

I am doing straightening from 2006, it's been 14years everything was going great but from the last two years i have done straightening 4 times and the results are horrible, i am not satisfied at all, it all goes away in 15 days... I believe that the cream has changed, since 2 years they say that the cream is oil based... Please do something i am fed up of my hair being played on! They have become my identity and i cannot let them be like this... Hoping to get a quick and positive response
