L'oreal — hair color

I have been using loreal hair color (4.25) for few years now, but recently i have been experiencing quality degeneration in the product. Even after applying the product and washing it, the color doesn't come the way as it use to. Earlier the touch up was required after 4 to 5 washes, but now after 1st wash the color goes. Moreover i am facing a lot of hair fall after use which didn't happen earlier. Kindly look into the concern on priority as its not the case with me only, i have been discussing the issue with my friends and they are also experiencing the same problem. Really please dnt cheat people we dnt have money growing on trees
