[Resolved]  Lottery winning — Microsoft Nokia Lumia 730 Dual Sim

I tried complaining on Microsoft official site but it is always showing validation error. The complaint is regarding 3/4 months New Nokia Lumia 730 Dual Sim Phone. Issues 1. Black/Bright pixels on screen. 2. Audio Jack doesn't fit any earphone 3. Battery bulge I submitted the phone at NCC 518_465550 under Job Sheet Number[protected]/150520/015. First they gave a time frame of 4/5 days to resolve the issues. But even after the completion of the time frame the issues are not resolved. Now they are postponing it forever, No proper incidents are communicated in this regard. No back up phone is provided. I am worried if I will ever see my phone again. I am worried again that even if I receive the phone will it last considering the Durability/ Quality I experienced with the phone and its service center in these 3/4 months.
