I purchased lotto shoes article f8l 4954-010 from Karnal lotto company outlet on 19 may. In just less than one month it's sole is cracked from several sides, when I complained this @ shop, Mr pawan took my complaint and gave me a complaint receipt but after 4 days he refused to help me regarding solution, this is my worst experience with lotto, need replacement for my shoe.

On 17 apr 2019, i have bought lotto shoe (At rs3499.00) from lotto show room at mahagun metro mall ghaziabad up. The shop keeper offered me with lucrative buy1get1 deal and finally i bought 2 pair of shoes in rs 3499.00.
After reaching home, i looked the other side of mrp tag which showed offer price of rs1199.00.
Eventually i have been charged high by a reputed brand and at a reputed location of ghaziabad (Mahagun metro mall)....

I bought a lotto full sleeve jacket from flip cart on august month.
Now winter season. I have put on my jacket only 2 days. The jacket has been bubbles and damaged.
It it very bad experience with the lotto brand.
If it is possible to replace the product, i would very much glad with the lotto brand.

I bought vertigo black running shoes and it get damaged suddenly while doing aerobics in gym. It make me feel lot of dissapponiment in front of crowd. And it is only 4 months old. I want company to replace them and solve my issue. If lotto is realy consumer caring company it will solve my issue. I have invoice copy too. I called them and also email them firstly they respond now they did not even respond. They should be responsible about there...

I bought women shoes from the store yesterday and i am highly dissatisfied with the product. I used the shoes once and that too for just one hour and ended up getting blisters on my feet. The shoes which were meant for sports activity are not that comfortable in fact it rendered me from wearing other shoes also. I purchased from the store with great trust but the results force me to never recommend this brand....

I bought a pair of Lotto shoes on Friday 13th Apr 2018 from Lotto showroom at Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. The product code is SLPL-1002 (F7V[protected].
When I started wearing it from second day, the left shoes is giving pain while walking. Some hard part of the shoes is troubling me near the thumb.

A lotto shorts (S[protected]l) was purchased 2 months before and now the cloth and color of the shorts has been faded a lot. And stichting is also tonned up so soon. Its within warranty of 3months mentioned on bill.
I request to please exchange my product as soon as possible as i am not satisfied at all with your brand product (It is in warranty).

Kindly find attached the poor status of lotto shoes gifted to me just last month on my birthday which puts a question mark on it's quality. As opposed to the quality standards of lotto, this is obviously not what was expected when investment in brands like these are made. Therefore, its my sincere request to you to please provide a legitimate solution to it asap... :-)...

I have purchased lotto White Men Sport Shoe online from the website snapdeal.com on dated 17-Nov-2015. The INVOICE NUMBER of the product is S2C971/15-16/11953. The product is damaged within six months. The upper sol of the both shoes tear off from the bottom sol. The shoes are under warranty of one year. So please replace the shoes within warranty period as soon as possible.

Hi, i had recently purchased a pair of lotto shoes 3 month ago bt within 3 month because of some cheap quality of threading shoes was broken. I tired to register my claim at lotto helpdesk and lotto's retail shop which is in shipra mall nearby indrapuram ghaziabad but they dimply refused to replace by giving a idiotic excuse that it is physical damage. I don't understand what kind of guarantee they use to give for 3 months and how they are...

I have purchased a lotto vapor running shoes through flipkart last month and found very poor / bad performance !!!
Quality of product is not so good ... While walking on the ceramic tiles floor it makes a lot of noise and seems that some one is wearing baby shoes and walking... Just like the beep/ crip very irritating sound comes ... Product is useless and can not be used any where, where we have huge audience as it will make you attraction...

My husband buy shoes from Looto showroom from GIP Mall, noida. Shoes was of Rs 6000 and starts damage(wear and tear) with in 6 months. I don't keep my bills for long duration but as per them as my product eligible for claim with in 3 months not after that but this does not make any sense as if there is no warranty for atleast 6 months then why would I go for such costly shoes,...

I bought Lotto shoes on 4th July 2015 from CGS Army canteen and it does not even last for 6 month.
I've mailed this issue at "[protected]@sportslifestyle.in" on 8th Nov. 2015, but no one has replied yet. I feel like it's not worth buying Lotto shoes any more.

Sir/madam i have purchased couple of t-shirts of 998/- from companies outlet of jaipur at mi road last week. After their first wash the whole colour washed out.
