I have purchased Lotto shoes last month(13.04.2011) from Reliance footprints in AS Rao nagar for a price of 1699 rs. Till date I have used the shoe for fourth time & it has started to loose the attachment of the body part to the sole of the shoe. Initially, when i purchased, they had given me a damaged shoe which i exchanged by the shop people after two days. Its not even a month now & it has started to show its true color again....

I Have Purchase Lotto sandal from Lotto Exlusive brand shop at Jyoti Mall at Jyoti chowk Nakodar road Jalandhar (Punjab) dated[protected] price MRP Rs1299 & after 30% discount i pay rs 909 in INR.i have wear sandal only 4 times.but i found crack in sole before three months on dated[protected].i found surprise when i saw there was no any lotto showroom at Jyoti mall.i ask to Lotto Showroom's Neighbour nobody...

I have purchased Lotto Sports shoes from CSD Canteen Vayusena Nagar Nagpur in the month of Mar 2010. After one month, the back support cushion of shoes has been gathered at one place and causing uneasiness and shoe has been tight in left foot....

Purchased a pair of lotto shoes worth RS 1600/- from the BIG BAZAR at old madras road ,bangalore.
within 2 months it got damaged. I was upset on this issuue.

I brough a shoe on 25 apr 2010.while buying the shoe i did't check the shoe condtion what they have given me in shoe box. when i opened it at my home i show problem in the shoe.Next day i went to the delear.Now he is saying we can only repair it and asking more that 3 days to do so.

My main problem is that how can they pass quality check of the shoe.Pls help me how i can solve this problem.

after 4-5 months they have broken joint between sole and upper. i have surprised that both of shoes are broken from the same point.
i have complaint to the Relience Footprint but they say that warranty of product is only 3 months., on my request they give me the number of lotto customer care. what can i do that my shoes...
