tearing of upper part of shoe.

i have purchased a pair of lotto sports shoe from panipat mall but with in 6 month tear upper part of both shoes kindly do the action and replace my shoes. Early action will be highly appericiated. My mob no.--[protected]

Lotto Shoes — replacement

Dear sir
i m purchase a lotto shoes from kamal footwear,mainpuri by 20/1/13 but within 10 days pasting of shoes unfixed,but shopkeeper is deny for replacement and fix the pasting from local adhesive by this pasting is again unfixed within 24 hours

now we do not get a reply for such genuine complaints
thats what we call branded...

i purchased flotters from bathinda showroom of lotto at 7 july, their sole broke before 2 months.i lost bill.the showroom executive/attendent refused to give me reprint of the bill because he don't want to replace the product.

i have purchased lotto shoes from hoshiarpur punjab. i wear 10 standard us size which does not match wioth d standard shoe size it is half inch smaller then the standard size...!!! i dont know what to do regarding this matter please help me as i am trapped in to this...!!!

i have purchased lotto shoes from "style shoes abulane meerut", but within 2 months the upper of both shoes damage from the strip on its upper. when i complain to store holder he ask me 25% more amount to replace and take a time about one and half month.plz tell me what i can do against the store holder. kindly do nessery action and replace my shoes.

I have purchased shoes of your company on 11.01.12 from M/S BABLA SHOES, Block no 34/2, Sanjay Place, Agra.



Cracks originated in those shoes on upper part inn both shoes in Feb 2012. I have shown the shoes to the shopkeeper & he said to me sent the shoes to your company on 20.04.12 but i ask again then he said these shoes not send the company till these shoes has the shopkeeper. Since then, there is no response on the issue. Plz do something.



Kindly look into the matter.

i bought a lotto sandles on 16th April 2014 at footptrack in byepass road madurai, but the next day the sole and upper part came out.ONLY ONE DAY USE.when i told about it to the shopkeeper, he stuck it with anabond.it came out again and he did the same thing again.after 2 week it happened again, the shopkeeper told it was my fault to buy the sandle on an offer.he also told that it cant be replaced.

I had bought lotto slippers from lotto store located at Spice Mall, Noida last month. It was the trust in brand's high quality and comfort that made me buy the same. To my utter shock, within a week of the purchase, the slippers had badly discolored!! The condition has worsened in a month and the slippers are worth throwing away now. The pic of the now 'ugly' and 'cheap' looking slippers is being attached for your reference. You can clearly see the blue color getting spread.

I do not have the bill of purchase right now else would have attcahed the same. This is a huge dissapointment from such a reputed brand. Discoloration even in local made slippers is seen after prolonged use of many months. But this incident happened within just a week of purchase!!

I have also very bad experience with lotto, I have also bought shoe from lotto near somewhere in May 2015 from lotto showroom in GIP noida and with in 6 months it starts cracking from inner back side. When we told shopkeeper about that and he said that he can't do anything, if you have bill then we can do otherwise not but we don't keep these type of bills so I said no and then he refused that he can't do anything. Shoes prices was 6000.

Is there no value for customer money, just to sell on the name of brand anything you want is that your commitment to your customers.

I am agree with you, same condition happen with me, i had purchased lotto shoes from RAJA SHOES, Moti Nagar Delhi. But i had take a legal action against it and got a new pair of shoes.

Dear Sir,
On instructions of my client Mr Rajkumar, S/o Sh Amichand, R/o 810/7 Govindpuri Kalkaji, New Delhi, I hereby serve upon you this legal notice as under:-

1. That my client Mr Raj Kumar pursuance appear of Shoes (Lotto) for Rs 2040/- on 25.4.2007 (copy of the bill enclosed herewith).

2. That at the time of purchase, my client was assured about the quality and durability of the above shoes and only on the above assurance given by you, my client got convinced to buy the same otherwise my client was interested in some other pair of shoes.

3. That only within 20 days of the purchase the above shoes got damaged/torn/ tottered/ ripped off on its own.

4. That on 15.5.2007 my client went to your shop and made a complaint regarding the same upon which you kept the shoes with you and asked my client to come on 18.5.2007 to collect the new pair of shoes.

5. That since the day you kept shoes with you (15.5.2007) my client has been visiting your shop almost every second day but have been continuously denying my client on one or the other pretext and on lame excuses.

In view of above I hereby request you to kindly replace the shoes or refund the price paid to you for the shoes to my client within 7 days from the receipt of this notice failing which my client shall be left with no other option but to knock the door of Hon’ble Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum for “UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE” adopted by you.

Needless to mention that all expenses for the litigation shall be recovered from your pocket through legal means.

lotto slippers — quality

lats month my mom bought a pair of slippers of lotto brand worth 350rs. from reliance footprints. she wore them for 3 days and then the colour started to fade away. the quality is so poor that even a 50rs slippers would have been better.
