[Resolved] Lotus Greens — Money not refunded | |||
We did the booking of 1250 sqft flat in Lotus Greens, Yamuna Expressway in Jan 2014, depositing 4 lack for soft launch registration. Due to financial reason, we have to cancel the booking for which we wrote a mail to the concerned person in Lotus Green on 15th Apr. After that they asked for a written request and NOC from channel partner. We gave written request on 17th Apr and asked them to contact channel partner for NOC since concerned person was not picking up our phone to which they agreed. They gave us an estimated time of 1 month in which our money will be refunded. After that we keep on mailing them for confirmation of receipt of cancellation letter and date by which we can collect the cheque but nobody cared to reply. On 8th Mar, a message came that they also want NOC for same. The channel partner provided them NOC on 12th May after which the Lotus Green person told us that our cancellation will be processed within a week. Now since then they are just asking us to call next week everytime we call them for enquiry. Please help us with this cancellation request Was this information helpful? | |||

I am facing the same issue, I have submitted all the cancellation related documents on 24th May to them. Initially they asked me to submit the cancellation on Mail and NOC was also given by the dealer. Later on they told me that I need to give my cancellation on hard copy. I did that on 24th May and spoke to Isha and Shikha. I called on 30th May and they told me that my cancellation is in process and it will take at least one month or so. I am really worried about my money, I had paid 8 Lac Rs.
