1. We had paid funds amount to INR 6.5 Lakhs made on 12th Mar 14 vide Cheque No 515392-Indian Bank and 272162-Icici Bank dated 25th Mar 14 to Lotus Greens/Investors Clinic for Project Arena at Sec 79, Noida.
2.There has been Inordinate delays in confirming the allotment and hence in Sep 14, we requested to refund the amount to us.
3. Investors Clinic who was the broker in the transaction had issued NOC to Lotus Greens(097595, Lotus Arena)...

We did the booking of 1250 sqft flat in Lotus Greens, Yamuna Expressway in Jan 2014, depositing 4 lack for soft launch registration. Due to financial reason, we have to cancel the booking for which we wrote a mail to the concerned person in Lotus Green on 15th Apr. After that they asked for a written request and NOC from channel partner. We gave written request on 17th Apr and asked them to contact channel partner for NOC since concerned...
