Lotus Greens — Refund of booking amount

1. We had paid funds amount to INR 6.5 Lakhs made on 12th Mar 14 vide Cheque No 515392-Indian Bank and 272162-Icici Bank dated 25th Mar 14 to Lotus Greens/Investors Clinic for Project Arena at Sec 79, Noida. 2.There has been Inordinate delays in confirming the allotment and hence in Sep 14, we requested to refund the amount to us. 3. Investors Clinic who was the broker in the transaction had issued NOC to Lotus Greens(097595, Lotus Arena) in Nov 2014.In this regard numerous exchange of mails by aggrieved undersigned customer with Investors Clinic's Senior Officials (Mr. Rajat Tandon) were made. 4.It's very astonishing to see lukewarm response despite umpteen measures failed on account of refund of our own hard earned money for more than 14 months now from Lotus Greens(HEAD CRM, Mr. Sanjiv Patiyal - [protected]) 5. I would like to submit that such a harassment has a great financial impact besides leads to mental agony being given to an aggrieved customer which is very disheartening. 6.Besides, am sure as part of elite community of Armed Forces such kind of treatment is not at appreciated to a customer as the same has cascading impact on further transactions and dealings. 7.It is informed that as per confirmation from Investor's Clinic after their internal discussion with Lotus Green officials, it was confirmed to us that all formalities for refund of our money has already been done and should be cleared very shortly. 8.We want to place on record that Why such penalization on account of internal delays are meted out to customers and Why we should not demand Interest payment on account of our own funds being held up by Lotus Greens? Why to harass a customer on account of follies of misalignment between Lotus Greens and Investors clinic? 9.In view of stated facts, we request your good offices to have our funds refunded without any further delays.We solicit your support to resolve the issue meticulously.
