I've purchased a product from Lotus Herbals website (https://www.lotusherbals.com/) on 7th April 2021. Till today I haven't received any update from them. I've tried contacting them via their customer care number[protected] /[protected] no one picked up the call. I sent more than 5 emails to them ([protected]@lotusherbals.com) no one bothered to reply. I've contacted them via Facebook messenger, someone replied stating that "Hi, we are looking into this. Please be patient with usm" after that no update.
My Order number is LH-26410. Attaching the screenshot of the email I have received.
