I had placed a PREPAID order on www.lotusherbals.com on December 18, 2021. My order ID is LH-101956. On December 20, 2021, they marked my order as fulfilled on their website, but I still have not received my order.

Two days ago i bought a lotus herbals lip lush. The shopkeepers said it was newly launched and i bought it. But to my surprise the 1/3 of the lip balm was not coming out. Hi my name is tulasi. Recently i bought a lotus brand kajal. Usually i will be using other brands kajal, since it is new to try i bought this one. But after applying this kajal it is causing irritation in eyes and eyes are giving burning sensation.
It is very unfair that the products like this are creating problems to eyes.
