I had placed a PREPAID order on www.lotusherbals.com on December 18, 2021. My order ID is LH-101956. On December 20, 2021, they marked my order as fulfilled on their website, but I still have not received my order.
Every time I mail their customer care regarding this issue they just tell me that the product is not in stock, kindly wait for 4-5 days or they are just passing my issue to some higher team. But they are just adamant. They are not dispatching my order.
