Louis Philippe — Trouser which got complete color fade.

I purchased a lp trouser some 3 months back which now looks completely color faded. I hardly washed it 4 times. I am really disappointed about this. I wish to get replacement. Its not that i am not going to wear it again. I will wear it and every time someone asks me about it, i am going to shout out its from lp. I am not able to attach photos else would have shown the pics below.
Kindly resolve the issue and let me remain a faithful customer of lp.
