Purchased shirts and trousers on november and louis philippe sales representative adivised to convert the transcation in emi as its zero percent intrest and zero percent conversion fee. I had doubts so i again clarified with louis philippe sales manager and shee too confirmed the same. So after two people confirming i allowed to convert to emi. But my credit card bill showed interest and tax for the interset.

When reached louis philippe and raised question, they have been dragging untill today[protected]. Everytime they email that they will sort it out.

Recently, i received an sms as given below, to my registered mobile no.
Louis philippe: sale away with our best offers at the pre-gst end of season sale preview! Buy 3 get 2, buy 2 get 1 & many more offers in-store till 15 jun. T&c...
So, me and my friends went to showroom to add few more collections in our wardrobe, but we are literally cheated, that we came to know, this offer not valid for pondicherry.

We thought wtf and we felt ourselves, lp utilising pondy people for their sale on normal season, but not giving offer to even privileged customers.
On behalf of pondy people, we want to know, why??? We are neglected for this offer??? We think we are worth and we don't think, we bought all your stuffs earlier with free of cost, we don't know???, in what way we people less worthy than others, whom they enjoy offer benefits of yours.

I have a complaint about my wallet, which i have purchased in the month of march 2017. Now in the month of may 17, my wallet color damaged automatically. This is really not acceptable.

A brand like louis philipe is providing this type of material to the customer, rather than buying from lp we can buy a wallet from the local shop. Also, i have no trust on lp and will never suggest anyone go to lp.

On 16th April 2016 i purchase the shirt and after a single wash the shirt got damaged.
I came to India for a vacation and now i am at Dubai, UAE.

I have purchased a trouser of louis philippe from marathalli bangalore outlet in black color but in just two months, its color started fading and after wash there are totally white color marks all over can be seen here in all the areas.
I have shopped earlier also for the loiuis philippe but this is the first time i am facing problem and hope this will be replaced.
Kindly do the needfull in this regard.

This is regarding my Louis Philip Return order (ID 316951). I had send the package from Trivandrum through The Professional Courier on 7th of January and I was keeping track on the shipment. The shipment was send to Ecommerce Division, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. No. 60/1, Sri Narayana Building, Universal Compound, Kodichikkanahalli Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru - 560068 as mentioned in the website .Later the consignment was returned to my address. Courier status was showing as "No Such Person in the Given Address " . When I contacted The Professional courier regional office I was told that The Louis Philippe warehouse has so many procedure like gate pass etc and they could not deliver it to the mentioned address. I had lost Rs 150 here. Now after contacting Loius Philippe customer care through mail I was given another address Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle), C/o Safexpress Pvt Ltd., Survey No.44, Soukya Road, Kacharkanahalli (Village), Hoskote Taluk
Bangalore, Karnataka 560067 to send the consignment .I had resend the consignment through DTDC courier (AWB # R[protected] on 20th of Jan.On 23rd they too updated that " Not Delivered(RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY) ". Now again I called up LP customer care and now they are saying that it was a mistake from their side and it cannot be delivered to the address mentioned and that I need to resend it to the address mentioned in their website . Again this courier charge is gone from my pocket which is for a mistake from LP customer care side. Now I have to resend it through another courier . If Louis Philippe cannot accept returns or their process is improper why should customer have to bear all this. Already I have lost 300 Rs on courier and now I have to send it again through a costly courier which is their preferred courier. They are not ready to refund the courier amount too.

This is regarding my order order number 2551741 on 5th Jan 2017 and they told delivery will be given on 10th Jan 2017 but till date not received the product till date after calling they told you will receive in 24-48 hrs then today again I called them they told that your order will be cancelled as stock is not available. So after calling them they informed me and I have already paid for the same. I don't know how they will refund me the amount...As product is not deliver so how come they will refund me the amount.

I have purchased a belt from your store madura fashions & lifestyle-express avenue mall chennai on march 22, 2016.

Cost of the belt is rs. 2, 299. Within a span of seven months, a pure leather belt from the house of lp has got teared.

Payment has been made through citi bank credit card dated march 22, 2016 vide reference number [protected].

I am the regular user of lp and this is the first time i am facing the issue.

I had purchased one t shirt from lifestyle in quest mall in kolkata for rs. 1700 and i wore the t shirt for one day and washed it by hand and not in the machine. The t shirt has not only lost its shape but also has became three size bigger then what i had purchased. I am amazed that the company which such a reputation can come up with such a low end product is still a suprise for me. I would surely not recommend lp to anyone anymore after this experience.

I purchased a lp trouser some 3 months back which now looks completely color faded. I hardly washed it 4 times. I am really disappointed about this. I wish to get replacement. Its not that i am not going to wear it again. I will wear it and every time someone asks me about it, i am going to shout out its from lp. I am not able to attach photos else would have shown the pics below.
Kindly resolve the issue and let me remain a faithful...

I had puchased lp black lace up formal shoe from lp shop in pheonix city mall kurla, mumbai in the middle of november 2016 and effectively used only for one month. Generally i used shoe of lee cooper or red tape but this time i purchased lp shoe on the belief of brand name. And my experience is very worst with the product.
Within a use of one month the shoe sole front side has got cracked, i have shown the same to lp shop and they said they will replace and due to not having any other formal spare shoe, i have to use the same shoe for my regular office with discomfort up to 8-10 days, after few days i have got replacement but they said there will be no warranty applicable on this replacement one.. I am very much disappointed, lost faith on lp leather product, and now seeing along with me there is many more people are suffering/ getting harassed..

I would request to look into the matter regarding your product quality at your earliest..

I had purchased a Louis philippe shoes from TREND.IN 3 on 26.01.16. Earlier i was used Redtape and Mochi shoes only, but this time on the trust of brand name i purchased LP shoes first time and i am grieved with the performance of the product.
I hardly used the shoes for a month and the back sole of the shoe has been detached within such short time. I am facing problem by going to my office and due to not having any spare shoe and lack of time for shopping, i am bound to use the same shoe with the problem.
I am feeling much uncomfortable. you are requested to replace the product and issue a fresh pair of shoe at your earliest.

I have purchased a shirt from kamala nagar louis philipee outlet . When i washed the shirt, its color faded . Lemon color shirt turned into colourless .

It was not expected from such a world class brand .i want replacement for this as early as possible otherwise my trust on this brand will also fade away and will never buy any material related to this company .

Im a regular customer of Louis Philippe. Im a resident of Vijayawada. Today I was very much shocked and disappointed to see duplicate Louis Philippe shirt. A person by name Mr. SubbaRao is using Louis Philippe brand name illegally. A very cheap quality cloth is being used for a very high amount. He is cheating people by saying that it is the original shirt. But it was being manufactured in his shop very openly. I request the authorities of Louis Philippe to please take necessary action to save the brand. If it is not controlled existing customers will also move to some other brand. Bought a suit from louis philippe last month & given for alteration at same the same time but when i came back i found they have given me wrong size. Upon raising a concern with their customer care executive i got ignored. I thought these people are busy in investigating but they didn't even bother to reply my emails. I purchased a wallet from Louis Philippe Shop F-39, Inorbit mall Alembic Road Vadodara on May 04.05.2015 but found very cheap quality material and have requested for exchange on 11.10.2015. My Item Details are 1016-67/1/LP of Rs 1699/-. The colour of the wallet got faded totally and black colour now has turned into blue. Pant I have purchased from infinite Malad mall Mumbai Louis Philip outlet ! A month back I have purchased an wore only twice ! And really I face the worse ! See the images of the pant!! The pant colour has become dull and white like thread coming out of pant!

I purchased a belt from the Louis Philippe Store store, unfortunately I found a leather defect in it, I came to the store and complained about it then the executive at borivali store was kind enough to take down my complaint forward it & he send the belt for lab test. Then I was told that because of the defect Louis Philippe is giving me a gift card worth the same amount. Today I';d gone to shop something for myself, i took a pair of shoes and while making payment I offered the gift card to be redeemed against the amount but to my surprise the executive told me that I cannot redeem the same, because there is discount on that product (It was in sale). I don't understand why is this so?? My capital is blocked since months, instead of refunding me my money against defective product Louis Philippe gave me a gift card n now they don't even let me redeem if against products on sale?? Where m I at fault?? I want my money back.

I had purchased Louis Philippe shirt size 39 slim fit but was unsatisfied as it was looking a bit small so I went in store for exchange with size 40, store provided my size within a week which was really appreciable I tried at store and was quiet satisfying. But later at home I noticed some defects with small hole and wornout stiches which was really not expected with such highly renowned brands. I want it to exchange it but at same time...

I had purchased a shorts of Louis Philippe on 5th June, 2015 from Shoppers stop GIP Mall Noida. It was worn once and i handwashed it as per the instruction. The stuff turned out to be so cheap and poor that only after the first wash it is no longer fir to be worn. The stuff has become very thin, fragile and produced boblins under the thigh portion of the shorts. For sure if worn again, it will tear. I am feeling cheated to pay two thousand rupees for such a low quality material which did not even stand the quality of road side stuffs. And they say Louis Philippe is an elite brand!

I'm using LP brand since 2010. I was a regular customer of LP factory outlet at kattuppakom near poonamalee.Many times i have noticed rood behaviour of manager to customers. Last Sunday I also had one bad experience with manager in LP STORE IN kattupakkom.i was supposeed to collect my trousers on the way to airport. Unfortunately I missed my bills in home. I requested him to deliver my trousers and I showed my mobile number which was saved in their billing systems. But his behaviour was very unprofessional which is not suitable for a company like LP. He can deal with this type of situation very professionally. I will rethink again for any purchase from LP KATTUPPAKOM FACTORY OUTLET.

I wanted the best white shirt from LP wrinkle free for my official meetings and I purchased the same from Bangalore brigade road exclusive showroom. The shirt looked fab and pure white. However on first dry clean itself the colour started fading away to a dull offwhite. I have done only 2 dry cleans and it has been a big disappointment. I am a huge fan of LP shirts but this is the second time the brand disappoints me. Earlier I used to collect pure silk shirts and they also had colour fading and smudging to my disbelief. I complained but nobody took any interest. Hope atleast this time I get a solution. I bought a pair of shoes in September 2014 from a shoppers stop store at Thane, it was okay till January but I found a crack popping out at the sole of the both shoes. Also at one place sole is torn up. Since I was out of town and heavily loaded with work I could not replace it in warranty period.
