Hi Please got mail from payback for policy which i did buy on 14th october. Yet waiting for policy number but none are answerable either pay back or icici prudential. Could you please give me suggestions? I have proof of payment for policy from icici prudential and my bank but none is answering. Icici prudential was supposed to generate policy as on 21st october but when i call customer service they can't trace application although i have confirmation from icici prudential Was this information helpful? | |||
