Hi sir, Payback.in is charging duplicated charges again and again which i have already paid in month of may redemption. They agreed their mistake but they were not ready to reverse and it is almost 250 rs. And they simply through this mistake on payback team. I call to these people many times and i'm charging for the calls cost for 150 rs. This is more waste charges to the customers. I have already registered one complaint on icici bank credit card team because these people are tieupd with icici and cheating customers in the form of redemption. Complete cheating to the customers.
