I redeemed my payback points into bigbazar vouchers (Rs 2000). Payback sent a mail that they have sent e voucher to my mail. Raised a request to reissue the voucher (Request number given in the subject) and waited for 7 working days again. Now they have again replied that they have reissued the voucher to my mail id. I did not get any e-voucher related mail other than this mail. It is fully a cheating. Icici credit card team has to note it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
