Hi,
I have done debit card transaction on 13th and 14th of MAY month 2018. REWARDZ Points are not credited to my state bank rewards points.
I have complained about the same in [protected]@statebankrewardz.com and it has been escalated to further, complaint number 61874 on 2nd June 2018 and advised me to wait for 7 working days. Later I have contacted them many times and asked about the status but they are not clear and not confirming when it will be resolved.
Initially they told me to wait till 20th August for the technical updation and now they are not sure about the issue.
