Dear sir
Its sorry to say that i had complained by calling customer care many times (Complain id:-[protected]) that i am unable to sign up for bank of india rewards. Its more than 65 days but my complain is still unresolved. The customer care every time say please wait for 7 days. I am very frustated now. Because customer keeps saying to wait and wait.
When i am trying to sign up via website it gives me error that an otp has been shot on your registered email id missing_profile.
Please enter otp in the box below. But i never recieved otp
And when i try to register through boi star rewards application it gives me error that no mobile number available kindly update your mobile number and please try again.
But my mobile number and email id is already updated with the bank.
