Loan Account No H[protected] sanctioned.

L&T housing finance has denied to process my PMAY subsidy application stating that L&T Finance Ltd being a NBFC due to merger w.e.f. April 2021. In this regard, please note that while availing the loan facility from L&T, it was ensured by L&T Housing Finance that I will be getting the PMAY subsidy being my first flat purchased from ATS Allure. Accordingly, the loan team has provided me with the PMAY subsidy form and Income declaration & Indemnity form on the stamp paper. Thereafter, the form along with supporting documents were being submitted & accepted by L&T before change of their status. Meanwhile, I had inquired several times from loan team about my status of PMAY subsidy, but there was no satisfactory response from L&T. Now after more than one year of PMAY application, I have been informed by L&T that the company is not eligible to provide the PMAY subsidy. I am shocked to hear that company has simply wiped off their hands by denying the PMAY subsidy despite the fact that it was the commitment of the company while taking loan from them because of which I was convinced to avail loan from the company.

L&T company has betrayed me by denying the committed benefit, which incurred loss to me to the tune of Rs. 2.30 lakhs. Hence it is requested that you inquire the matter in detail and appraise me with the efforts made by your team prior to your merger for processing the PMAY subsidy application along with the receipt of submission of the PMAY application to the concerned authority and the response of the authority to your company or else, if the application was not submitted at all by your company, the reason for not submitting the application prior to your merger be informed.

Further to inform that L&T is neither replying my emails nor giving the details of escalation matrix to suppress the complaint reaching to highest authority.

An early action in the matter may taken on priority.

I have took a emi loan fr l&t finance. I wish to change the emi date from 2nd of every month to 8th of every month as my salary is credited on 7th.

I have never contacted L&T Financial Services nor enquired anytime. But i am daily getting promotional messages for loan in name of some Sneha.

Hi, I request you to please change my two wheeler EMI date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th. Now my current due date is 3rd and it is creating problem. I request you to please change the date in which case all the EMI will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as I am still waiting for my salary to credit

This started since 17th March 2022. There is no way to opt out of the sms also. Please help.

with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that on 10/05/2021 i bought a massey Farguson tractor.My tractor model no is- MF-7250.Which is financed by L&T financial services.Agreement no- 0KG002218F[protected], Customer Id no-2214968.I would like to inform you i Choosed an ECS facilities to pay my monthly EMI .I had submitted all necessary documents in our nearest L&T financial service office.They also approved my request.But they did not execute my request. i had link my Bandhan Bank account for an ECS facilities to pay my Emi to L& T financial service.But my first EMI was not deduct from my Bandhan Bank account through ECS.When i told this matter to the L&T financial service official they told me that" you need not worry about this matter Our office staff employee will be collect your EMI from your home".I aggred their proposal and they are collecting my emi from my home . But the day before yesterday I came know that every month they have been imposing Rs - 530 as a fine for not deduct my EMI Through ECS.But L& T financial service did not execute ECS .They did mistake and i have been paying their fine .And also i would like to inform you that last 5 month i have been requesting L&T financial official to provide my account statement details but they are not giving my account statement details .I think they are doing fraudulent with me.I cordially request to the higher authority of L&T financial official necessary action against this fraudulent .
