Still now i have not received my relieving cum experience letter.I have deposited all negative amount what company was claimed. Too many time I have called to HR Abhilash Muduli but there was no response of my request.No I am forced to put complaint against him.Kindly provide my relieving ASAP.

L&T finance is worst company thy are charging 20k extra for cheque bounce which is not good as per law made by RBI they should not charge they just want ways to make money

I am not your customer.niether I have taken any auto loan.but I have been getting frequent calls on daily basis from your company regarding EMI.

It seems either someone has mistakenly or deliberately gave my number to cheat you guys.

It is my humble request to remove my number from your portal.as it has become extremely humiliated caused me a extreme mental disturbance.
also please listen the call recording of the conversation between Me and supervisor who was extremely rude and abusive.

Further I will complaint to concern authorities for this mental torture.

If not resolved then will share this in social media will also take help from legal authorities.

But still now i don't get any reply,

After paying the amount, I called them for the approval as I have done before as per their instructions. But they didn't processed my EMI payment. Second message is: L&t Finance message on 06/06/2021:
“Dear Customer, Your EMI of Rs. 2250.00 due on 05/06/2021 has not been received. Please pay immediately and call [protected] for any queries - L&T Finance”

The above messages are wrongly marked to my number. I have not taken any loan from L&T Finance. Kindly look into my matter. Why I am getting these irrelevant messages. Kindly address this issue & resolve it within 24 hours.

I am unable to use any method to access my LAN number via Miss Call or by Messaging LAN to[protected], idont remember my registered mobile number and I want NOC but LAN number is compulsory for that, please provide any alternate method for getting LAN number using Vehicle registration number.

fyi, my loan account no: h[protected], i taken loan on 2019, aug. My job is customer service related . In this pandemic situation i have lot of issues . Due to covid -19, in my family all are having corona in this situation my family also not good. And also i am not having work and money. In this situation i planned to sold out my one and only house. I told for many times i pay my full money to the bank. Until unless my house is not sale its waiting for sale. Once its sold i will pay my full money to the bank. In that mean time the customer service executive ([protected]) i receive call from the number in starting conversation, i spoke to that lady and explain my situation clearly again and again they told to pay money . After that lady using bad words about me and my family . To threatening me to pay money. In this pandemic situation i dont have business . I told clearly, mam i will settle full money once my house sold, they told me ( if you dont have money, come and collect 500 to me ), is this the way you people treat our consumer, right now the situation is not good, in before i pay money emi on date, only one month is missing, she is using bad words. I am really disturbed . If anything happen to my family and me also only reason is l & t executive and manager ( kannan ). Kindly look into this issue and raise a complaint against l and t housing finance and their executive.

The above mentioned vehicle has been ceased on the month of February 2021, then they have sold to some unknown person without my wife knowledge and also have not changed(wife name "S.REVATHI" in RC BOOK)this was done by L&T finance without S.Revathi's knowledge. The above mentioned vehicle has been used by L&T FINANCE offensively. Because of this offensive activities done by L&T FINANCE the Tamil Nadu traffic police are sending violating fine messages to S.REVATHI (my wife). Due to this offensive activity we are in a depressed situation.

My name is Kuntal Biswas and I purchased a bike in 2019 using L&T finance. I lost my job in lockdown that's why I was not able to pay 1 month emi. Collection team called me Subrata is calling me and abusing and harrasment also doing by him. Dear Sir,

I, Sauvik Ghosh, holder of a two wheeler loan account of your institution [No: 4380384 ] do hereby wish to appraise you of the following:

1. That I applied for a two wheeler loan in the year 2018 and secured the same in the month of October 2018.

2. That from November 2018 my EMI of Rs. 4767/- started to be deducted from my salary account in HDFC.

3. That in July 2019, I changed my organization and eventually my salary account was changed to AXIS Bank.

4. That in August 2019, I inform your representative at the Technopolis building [Salt Lake, Kolkata] about the change and submitted the fresh ECS Mandate form. I was told by the concerned person that L&T would require 03 months to make the necessary changes and till such time I would be required to pay the EMIs online.

5. That I diligently kept on paying the EMIs till November 2019. On December 2019, observing that my EMI wasn’t deducted from my nominated axis bank, I again contacted your team to which they said that the changes cannot be made.

6. In January 2020, Ms. Poulomi from your Technopolis office called and informed me that the person carrying the mandate to the bank met with an accident and the said mandate was soiled and torn and hence it cannot be presented to the bank and requested me to visit technopolis office again and file a fresh mandate.

7. The same was complied by me the very next day and was assured that within 03 months the EMI would be deducted from my Axis Bank Account.

8. In April 2020 again the EMI wasn’t deducted from my Axis bank and on calling Ms. Poulomi, she said that due to nation-wide lock down the said change of mandate couldn’t be presented. She again reiterated that till the lock down is over, I would need to pay the EMI Online.

9. Keeping faith in the words of your representative, I kept on making online payments till FEB 2021.

10. In the later part of February I came to know that all this while [From August 2019 till date], my loan was depicting bounces and bouncing charges were being levied in my account.

11. In February 2021, again when I decline to go on like this and hamper my CIBIL score, I received a call from Mr. Tarun [Ph No: [protected]] from the technopolis office again and this time he said that he has a mail confirmation that from April 2021, the EMI shall definitely be deducted from my Axis Bank account. He also requested that due to year end I may please pay this EMI on good faith and that my problem shall definitely be solved.

12. In April when again the same story was repeated of the EMI not getting deducted from my Axis bank account I contacted Mr. Tarun just to be told that he shall get back to me. After that several calls made to him went unanswered or disconnected.

In light of the above, I am left with no other option but to take up the matter in an appropriate way so as to get respite of being charged for no fault of mine. On one hand I am being charged of bounce charges although I am not the one who is responsible for these bounces.

Secondly my CIBIL score has been hit negatively again due to no fault of mine.

Thirdly I still haven’t been given a resolution of my problem for nearly 1 & ½ years.

Fourthly the lesser we speak about the false promises of your employees/representatives [Both Ms. Poulomi & Mr. Tarun] the better.

In light of the above I seek your kind intervention to please sort out the problem within 15 days of receipt of this letter. Any evidence [s] as you may require shall be provided in case the need arise.

I do hereby assure you that the pending EMIs for April & May shall immediately be cleared once the ECS hits into the Axis Bank Account.
