Dear Sir,
I, Sauvik Ghosh, holder of a two wheeler loan account of your institution [No: 4380384 ] do hereby wish to appraise you of the following:
1. That I applied for a two wheeler loan in the year 2018 and secured the same in the month of October 2018.
2. That from November 2018 my EMI of Rs. 4767/- started to be deducted from my salary account in HDFC.
3. That in July 2019, I changed my organization and eventually my salary account was changed to AXIS Bank.
4. That in August 2019, I inform your representative at the Technopolis building [Salt Lake, Kolkata] about the change and submitted the fresh ECS Mandate form. I was told by the concerned person that L&T would require 03 months to make the necessary changes and till such time I would be required to pay the EMIs online.
5. That I diligently kept on paying the EMIs till November 2019. On December 2019, observing that my EMI wasn’t deducted from my nominated axis bank, I again contacted your team to which they said that the changes cannot be made.
6. In January 2020, Ms. Poulomi from your Technopolis office called and informed me that the person carrying the mandate to the bank met with an accident and the said mandate was soiled and torn and hence it cannot be presented to the bank and requested me to visit technopolis office again and file a fresh mandate.
7. The same was complied by me the very next day and was assured that within 03 months the EMI would be deducted from my Axis Bank Account.
8. In April 2020 again the EMI wasn’t deducted from my Axis bank and on calling Ms. Poulomi, she said that due to nation-wide lock down the said change of mandate couldn’t be presented. She again reiterated that till the lock down is over, I would need to pay the EMI Online.
9. Keeping faith in the words of your representative, I kept on making online payments till FEB 2021.
10. In the later part of February I came to know that all this while [From August 2019 till date], my loan was depicting bounces and bouncing charges were being levied in my account.
11. In February 2021, again when I decline to go on like this and hamper my CIBIL score, I received a call from Mr. Tarun [Ph No: [protected]] from the technopolis office again and this time he said that he has a mail confirmation that from April 2021, the EMI shall definitely be deducted from my Axis Bank account. He also requested that due to year end I may please pay this EMI on good faith and that my problem shall definitely be solved.
12. In April when again the same story was repeated of the EMI not getting deducted from my Axis bank account I contacted Mr. Tarun just to be told that he shall get back to me. After that several calls made to him went unanswered or disconnected.
In light of the above, I am left with no other option but to take up the matter in an appropriate way so as to get respite of being charged for no fault of mine. On one hand I am being charged of bounce charges although I am not the one who is responsible for these bounces.
Secondly my CIBIL score has been hit negatively again due to no fault of mine.
Thirdly I still haven’t been given a resolution of my problem for nearly 1 & ½ years.
Fourthly the lesser we speak about the false promises of your employees/representatives [Both Ms. Poulomi & Mr. Tarun] the better.
In light of the above I seek your kind intervention to please sort out the problem within 15 days of receipt of this letter. Any evidence [s] as you may require shall be provided in case the need arise.
I do hereby assure you that the pending EMIs for April & May shall immediately be cleared once the ECS hits into the Axis Bank Account.

But I have not taken any loan from them. It's been a year still getting these spam messages. Please take required action on this

The above messages are wrongly marked to my number. I have not taken any loan from L&T Finance. Kindly look into my matter. Why I am getting these irrelevant messages. Kindly address this issue & resolve it within 24 hours.
