I will Approach the L&T finance to for my NOC Documnet,

But they will not respond him. it one month Completed, but still iam not yet received the NOC Document.

My LAN is 2684200 and the account was closed on 7th Jan 2018 and since then i have not received NOC and Form 35 from the Company for removal of hypothecation from RC.

Please be informed that I have applied to L&T finance services consumer loyalty finance on 24th Sep 2020, thorough online it asked me to link my bank account to L&T Finance services consumer loyalty finance. In order to disbursements of loan amount and further for ECS monthly emi. But still today I have not got any status of loan approved or rejected. No one is responding to my enquiry and I am scare that my account linked to genius L&T finance services or fraudulent L&T finance services site.

We have applied for Home loan at your firms dated on 14th Feb 2020. After that process took long time and our loan has sanctioned on 16 Sep 2020 and cheque has genrated. After that we did Saledead on 17-sep-2020.

At the Initial stage our Property value was decided 52 Lack. Then after lockdown this property value has increased by 60, 000Rs that means updated Proprty value is 52, 60, 000Rs. So according new value we did the Saledead and Submitted all original document to L&T dated on 17-Sep-2020. On the same day L&T executive officer told us your property value is mismatched in our system, In our system its showing 52, 00, 000rs and on your documents its written 52, 60, 000rs its around 60k rs diffrence are showning. Actually its a our mistake we have not informed the updated increased value to L&T. Then L&T executive told us 'We have raised request for IT team for update the property value 52, 00, 000 to 52, 60, 000 in background' but its not updated yet. Today is the 8th day and still Ticket has not resolved. We need of money urgent basis. Our total work has pending due to money. Kindly add your attention in that matter and resolve this issue as urgent basis.

I m Pankaj Kumar vidhwani from Lucknow, I m not taking any loan from ur company, it’s all fraud from ur branch any one can use my faking I’d. He is using my Aadhar card number & PAN Card no. But all other details in Aadhar card & PAN Card are using faking it’s not my details. I m complain in ur branch April 2019, he give me details but any one can use all my fake documents at there, Ur branch persons are not giving any satisfaction answer. My cibil score is going be affected so clear this problem as soon as possible, otherwise I going court. Plz resolve this problem in a week.

Complaints details: Although I have paid Full loan amount on August 7 2020, I got repetitive messages to pay 2886 more from Sep 1 2020 till Sep 15 2020.
I tried to contact the company via mails, but htey are not supporting in the issue, buut additionaaally the company is attempting random anounts to my bank account and putting fines on me for that.
They are also asking for extra amount to settle the loan.

Desirable resolution: I want L & T to settle my loan on the date on Sep 1 2020 and remove all fines and charges after Sep 1 2020, As they are sending wrong information and disturbing us via call from sep 1 onwards.

Me l&t finance company se ye puchna chata hu ki baat kar nay ka takrika hai ye nhi koi b language me baat kar nay ka ladies hai iska ye matalb nhi jo dil me aaya bol nay ka ithna misbehave kiya ulta sida bola or sab se main point usko mera firend nay bola pyar se ki madam vo nhi hai aayga to bolta hu baat vaha katam hona chahiya tha magar radika pawar jo apke andheri branched me kaam karti hai unka bol nay ka tarika tha jaa jaha complaints karna hai kar bindass bol jisko bolna hai police station jaa paisa phel chahiya fir jo karna hai jaa kar lockdown me kaam band tha me ye month me kuch aarange kar k bar nay wala tha magar apke yaha workers ko sayad boss bana ki bhot ghai hai agar me hota na call pe usko pata chal jata ki baat kasa hoti hai (Mujhe iske upper action chahiya or profe b or sath me srry us ladki ka varna bhot bhura hoga ye koi tarika nhi hai baat kar nay ka) i kindly request you to take action on the matter please i request you

They are repeatedly sending unwanted promotional sms on my mobile everyday. The sender is ad-lntfin & vk-lntfin e. T. C.
My number is registered with dnd but our great dnd app doesn't block such messages at all.
The co desperately wants to sell its unwanted loans. It definitely has a motive of trapping gullible consumers.
Cheap tricks harassing consumers is its bold tagline....

I have received a loan to purchase a 2 wheeler on 2017 march vide the mentioned loan agreement. Note that loan amount repaid within the schedule time of loan agreement. But till today i have not yet got the noc from l & t finance. Let me know whenever i get the noc against the loan agreement.

My bike loan completed but still i didnt get any letter of noc and form 30 from l and t finance. More than 1 year over still there is no update from l and t

One of your collection executive calling continue sly and he visited at home sundays, government holiday's, i already informed i am not available in chennai, i just heldup in kadalur pondy my wife home because of corano lockdown from march to till date, he asking me to surrender the bike because unpaid in moratorium period, i don't know l n t team why they people are doing like this bad behavior, september month my wife pregnancy delivery at this time they people doing bad, from he asking money money, there available or not loan moratorium period, i will start my emi september end due to pregnancy delivery time, september due i will pay month end, hope no more dues balance till february2020 because march 1st to august31st moratorium period hope u do that,
