I'm a customer of l&t finance my loan no. -3231905 register with phone number of [protected]. 3 year ago a hero achiever bike purchase by me through finance by l&t and my all emi has been cleared but some late fine i have to pay. But and l&t finance call me for the payment with 35% discount and i pay through my paytm.

After the payment the said to me the loan noc certificate provide to me

I raised a compliant through email on 3rd sep till now there is no response from your customer care. Case#00857984. Will there be any response or not. I require the loan statement for my two wheeler loan.

Please provide me noc i have paid full amount my loan account my 3659427which is credited my account on last friday so kindly provide me my noc but isee after full amount some amount of rs 8696showing pending kindly update my status

My bike loan completed but still i didnt get any letter of noc and form 30 from l and t finance. More than 1 year over still there is no update from l and t

One of your collection executive calling continue sly and he visited at home sundays, government holiday's, i already informed i am not available in chennai, i just heldup in kadalur pondy my wife home because of corano lockdown from march to till date, he asking me to surrender the bike because unpaid in moratorium period, i don't know l n t team why they people are doing like this bad behavior, september month my wife pregnancy delivery at this time they people doing bad, from he asking money money, there available or not loan moratorium period, i will start my emi september end due to pregnancy delivery time, september due i will pay month end, hope no more dues balance till february2020 because march 1st to august31st moratorium period hope u do that,

Take the action immediately asap by request

I want my PL loan number, but branch staff and customer care both are not able to give me my PL loan number . loan taken against 2 wheeler loan .

Bad service of L&T finance, customer care said talk with branch staff and branch said talk with customer care both are not able to track my loan detail

actually i have taken two wheeler loan in the January, with the installment amount approx 15, 600/- duration of the loan was three month, that was completed in March and i have received NOC certificate about completing loan,

the issue is CIBIL Score is updated after the 5 month of completing my loan,
when i tried to call customer care first time they are saying they don't have access in CIBIL department (that is understandable), they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@itfs.com, in the reply of the mail they are also saying similar thing that please contact CIBIL Department for more clarifications

again i called customer care asking for to contact CIBIL Department, now they are saying that search on google for contact CIBIL Department

Please let me know how can i solve this issue

I am taken Home loan in L&T Finance in Joint name at the time of Loan taken clearly told to the RM we have not require life insurance but they told to us will closed the Account but after 4 EMI policy still active they deducted Excess Amount with EMI now they demanding more money to closed the policy please help on this my contact No- [protected]

My auto loan no - t[protected] and my currant installment is bounce because of insufficient balance in account i accept one time return charges debited and i paid online on gpay at date 06.08.2020 and 2times debited return chanrges on 07.08.2020. Please solve this problem and return my charges.

I am suhas yashawant kamble i had purchase honda activa 4g on 31/10/2017, registration number mh-05-dm-7719 from rajashree motors tisgaon naka kalyan east, and the loan was financed by l&t finance, i have paid all the installments without fail but i forgot to take noc from the financing company. So need noc from l&t finance ltd. Lone account no. 3446096

I miss out my aug emi on 3 aug 2020, regarding bike loan. So today we got your msg from l&t finance company to pay your due month of aug, so we pay online immediately. Payment was done from my side. So how we insure or check aug month is no dues from my side.

The collection executive of manamadurai branch his name karuppaiah is speaking filthy words with me.
I am a. V. Jeyasampoorana from manamadurai (Sivagangai dist) borrowed a loan from l& t micro finance at manamadurai. The collection executive mr. Karrupiah used to come for collection. He spoke filthy language. I am terribly disappointed with his attitude please terminate him from the job. He is the root cause for my depression.
As a wonderful esteemed organization please avoid this kind of guys in reccruiting.
