Dated: 30th july 2020, i have applied rs. 1 lac 50 thousand loan and completed all documentation as per your instruction and after that i have get a confirmation call and knowing i have received my money through my registered bank account within 48 hrs.
But already 6 days...

Hello there its been more than 3 years of my loan and i feel im over paying.
There is no way to get my loan statement in details, how much i paid etc.

I see, in your official site, there is a mention of availing all information through a misscall or sms. I have tried both but no info received. Your customer care no. S are not working either due to current pandemic situation.

So my request is if you are taking out the money (Emi) from our bank actively then you should also provide us all the information on time.

I have clear my dout of what date of birth given to loan agreement...

I had been chasing l& t finance customer care and gro since june '2019 but till now no proper response. I had received a statement which states excess amount collected inr 14183/- but on march 2019 it is showing as debited again to my account whereas my loan got over by june '2019. When i had asked about this they are keeping quiet. Also stopped accepting my calls. I hope this platform will help me to solve this issue.

-I have been paying EMI time to time ever since the loan started But due to this pandemic, I was having of trouble to pay even then I borrowed money and paid your EMI. (month by month) time to time
Today a call comes from your recovery department, which Yogesh Chawla calls a person to attend (IVR NUMBER [protected]) and he is also a manager.
Initially they asked me to pay this month, then I said that I paid it along with the next 2 months, which would be the last month of my payment. will paid NEXT 3MONTHS EMI TODAY only, (10JUL2020) then said that it cannot be done, we do not allow it to be done. I asked, why did they say then you have to charge the penalty.If paying EMI time to time. Why do I have to pay a penalty? I said I want to paid the whole. I want to settle He said that this is not our JOB (call customer care) and his behavior was very substandard. Was talking very rudely, So I said, okay I will talk to customer care for settlement, then he said, No, you have to pay today, then I said that if we talk to customer care first, then he said that you have to pay the penalty charge he said three different amounts at different times. 360 then 520 and again' 750 I know he was dealing with me in such a deliberate way.That person was unaware of one thing. I have no job at this time today. I am unemployed, however, I continued to pay month after month as I supported your company. you too should support us to maintain the relationship I want Yogesh Chawla to take strict action and I also get a penalty waived so that I can deal with l & t finance going forward. I know, I will get justice, I got good service and wish that I will get the same service further.

I think l&t doen't understand the intensity of the email which i wrote. Once again to make them aware of my serious concern, this not about my bank balance and emi payment.

I've already paid full & final amount of all due amount through paytm but why does once again i am getting emi alerts to pay once again? This is completely ridiculous from the lnt team and system management.
