Sir, A lady agent of L & T Finance of her mobile no. [protected] namely PUSPA GOGOI ( as truecaller ) has been giving more mentally harassment by telephonically for several days due to EMI payment to my brother Mr. DIPAK NATH who is your customer vide his two wheeler Loan A/C no. T[protected] . In this regard I was called back to her for discussion . But She ( PUSPA GOGOI, Mb No. [protected] ) some misbehavior with me . She said that “ You are a simple customer, illiterate and useless personnel, you do not know to speak with a L & T Finance agent and etc ….” . I have kept all total voice recording for further send to your end if necessary .
Sir, I wish to know that is not any value of a customer ? According to RBI guidelines extended the moratorium for payment of EMI due to lockdown in this country . However I have already payment on 25/06/2020 through Paytm vide order no.[protected] (copy enclosed).
I, therefore request you kindly intimate really not any value for a customer ? If is value why is she misbehavior with customer and giving harassment to customer ? I request to you kindly look into the matter seriously .
