This is to inform you that i am trying to getting the emi moratorium for the month of july and august as per govt of india but l&t finance doesn't provide me now i am not able to pay the emi of july please do the needful.

Respected l& t finance here i want to tell you that today at 1.20 pm 1/6/20 from this no [protected] call me and he that person who call me force me to paid all emi from the corona period though i paid regularly emi but i failed due date for this reasons is not matter for penalty. But your person is completly misbehaving with me the reason is my late pay i am a service men so when i get before due date i pay emi on date other wise i am getting let pay so for this you will miss behave with me sir.. Reply me sir

Hi there,

This is riyaz. I had taken a two-wheeler loan 48 months ago and the loan account number is 3269783.in the month of may 2020, i paid full and final amount rs 7000. However, this month also i got the same reminder message as i used to get to pay the emi amount. That’s a pathetic situation for me. I tried reaching all the mode of contacts available in the google search out of that, i am addressing you to act on my case and do the justification on my concern. Although i have a toll-free number to reach out the customer care number, it's not reachable. Please consider this request as a high priority and get me relief from these unnecessary credits which has already taken care of by me.

I have been trying to reach out to landt finance to find out the loan statement for my loan no. 3924240.
There is no response from your end despite emails and the customer care number is not working since 2 years.
This is highly unacceptable being a nbfc you are supposed to give details to the customer upfront. Why should the cx face this harassment.
L and t is quick to levy charges and fines for late payments but details about the loan aren't available to the cx.

L and t finance limited two wheeler has been harassing me by calling and text sms every day regarding emi due payment of mr. Krushna chandra mohanty. I have already intimated them many time the person you are calling is not belongs to me it is wrong number but they are doing the same thing every day i am getting frustrated because of them.

Sir, A lady agent of L & T Finance of her mobile no. [protected] namely PUSPA GOGOI ( as truecaller ) has been giving more mentally harassment by telephonically for several days due to EMI payment to my brother Mr. DIPAK NATH who is your customer vide his two wheeler Loan A/C no. T[protected] . In this regard I was called back to her for discussion . But She ( PUSPA GOGOI, Mb No. [protected] ) some misbehavior with me . She said that “ You are a simple customer, illiterate and useless personnel, you do not know to speak with a L & T Finance agent and etc ….” . I have kept all total voice recording for further send to your end if necessary .
Sir, I wish to know that is not any value of a customer ? According to RBI guidelines extended the moratorium for payment of EMI due to lockdown in this country . However I have already payment on 25/06/2020 through Paytm vide order no.[protected] (copy enclosed).
I, therefore request you kindly intimate really not any value for a customer ? If is value why is she misbehavior with customer and giving harassment to customer ? I request to you kindly look into the matter seriously .

Dear team,

My rate of interest was 8.35% when i received the loan. But it got increased and now the rate of interest is 8.95%.

Without any intimation, it has been increased from 8.35% to 8.95% one year before, its against customer. Immediately i want this to be revert and share the payment schedule details.

I need the clarification in this regard.

As per rbi guidelines nbfs roi is reduce, still now why l & t not reduce the roi?

My loan is totally repaid, and it's more then a year, i have been asking for noc and form 35, still i have not received.
There is no outstanding in my loan account. It was supposed to be received by post in my address as per mr. Nairit who had processed my loan from joy motors, maheshtala, but i have not received yet.

Loan acc no blrh14001004. It was already requested in my previous mail for deduction additional amount from my bank with out my notice and it is highly objectionable but no response till today. Also it was requested to send d interest recovered certificate for the year 2019-20 and probable interest for the year 2020-21 to enable to file my it returns. Pl. Act immediately
