Her behaviour truly poor and bad, she doesn't know how to talk with castomar. Now am suffering financial problems during lockdown. I was talking with her and shereing about my correct situation bt she was threating me also pressureing me for emi..

Kindly be informed, that I had been cheated by one of your sales executive from LTFS, Hebbal, Bangalore. He had mixed insurance loan papers in home loan and I had signed all documents thinking those are only for homeloan. I was never informed by LTFS I had been enrolled and granted another loan of around INR815, 018 for Kotak life Insurance Policy.

When my first EMI got debited on 04 Feb 2020 I realized there is an excess deduction of INR8, 329/- (Instead of INR44, 393 and amount of INR52, 722 got debited). Learnt from the customer support team of LTFS about Kotak Life Insurance and was shocked about it. No information about the policy was shared with me by LTFS from the time of inception which was early Dec 2019.

From then I had been running from pillar to post of LTFS requesting all possible source and facing arrogant behavior and rude communication from your Hebbal team. Even had a meeting with them at their office along with Kotak team.

Trust me the Kotak executives were very polite and communicated in the most professional way compared to your LTFS team.

Even after getting the refund back from Kotak on 08 Apr 2020, which I had to communicate to LTFS after Kotak had informed me. LTFS Hebbal has been reluctant to release the excess amount (INR8, 329 X 3 = INR24, 987) collected in the form of EMI's for Kotak Insurance Policy. By any means I dont wish to let it go as that was an act of cheat from your executive and I had to suffer dealing with the most unprofessional guys of LTFS specially Srinivasan ([protected]@ltfs.com) deliberately he doesnt answer to what asked instead tries to plays very discreetly & Sushanta ([protected]@ltfs.com) Sushanta is the sales executive who cheated me by mixing Kotak life insurance loan documents in LTFS home loan documents and took my signature without my knowledge.

The most pathetic way of communication LTFS Hebbal follows. I dont know about your other branches. Had dealt with HDFC & ICICI in the past and they are way ahead in communication compared to your team.

My loan acc no is t[protected] i have not applied for moratorium facility although company automatically applied it on my loan without my approval when i got to know this i have called twice to customer care also mailed to company to remove moratorium on my loan though i haven't get any satisfactory reply and my emi date is postponed with excess compound interest on it...
