Dear Sirs/Madam,
I have purchased a bike through L & T Finance Service agreement no. 4565574 and made EMI payment till date properly.
But due to some personal issues there is some problem with my HDFC Savings account.I called customer care several times and stated my situation, finally there provide me the information with NEFT details for EMI payment and assured that payment can be made through NEFT before due date.
Kindly refer the Conversation 1 & 2.
After that i have started to make payment through NEFT before due date for Month June, July & Aug 2019. once payment made i will mail the payment receipt to customer care immediately.
Also i have made call to customer care every month after payment to conform the receipt of payment.
I were informed by customer care executive the receipt of payment will be reflected in there system, only after seven working days from the date of payment made. They were assured me that bank or extra charges will not be raised from there end.
Kindly check your voice recorder in my log at L & T Customer Care, They have assured me every month while i calling.

Kindly note while i mailing the payment receipt every month. They have replied only that the payment update can be done only after 4--5 working days.
They did not inform about the cheque bounce charges to me by mail or telephone.

Under this circumstance on 19.09.2019 Thursday 1.03Pm. I have received the text message that i need to pay INR.1240.00
against the cheque bounce charges.
After this i have call customer care and mailed several times. But I did not get any proper reply or solution for this issue.

I have stated clearly that as per your (L& T) instruction, I have made all my EMI payment in advance. hence i will not responsible or accountable for any bank charges and extra charges from your (L&T) end.
In chennai branch there are not all giving any response for this issue.
Contacting Customer care is useless, there just call me several times all asking the completely story, but no one solved this issue.
I need talk with person who can solve this issue in call r mail. but there calling more than 10times, which so irritating, but problem remains same.
I have completed all my due of the loan by last month only, but they are not providing NOC due this bouncing charges.
Kindly do the needful.
