    I had financed my vehicle number wb 20 av 4989. Tvsxl 100.
    My loan is totally repaid, and it's more then a year, i have been asking for noc and form 35, still i have not received.
    There is no outstanding in my loan account. It was supposed to be received by post in my address as per mr. Nairit who had processed my loan from joy motors, maheshtala, but i have not received yet.

      Please support me, i have availed bike loan from l&t finance for the purchase of honda unicorn bike dated 4th july 2019.

            loan payment dispute

            I have taken two wheeler loan from l&t finance ltd in year 2017 vide loan ac no. 3301541. I have given pdc for the month of aug 2017 and other emi through ecs from saving bank account. All my ecs were cleared time to time from my bank account without any delay.
            However l&t finance not deposited the cheque in my account for aug 2017. Sufficient balance was available for aug 2017. I have informed them time to time through email, telephone...

                  Rbi is announced for all to not pay the emi amount upto 3 months. Because from the corona disease. Now i am left from bangalore to native. Now i'm not working but you can send the sms like this...

                  Dear customer, your ecs debit for rs.3169 fvg ltfinancelimited rejected on account of insufficient balance. Rtn charges of rs. 500 and applicable gst will be debited from a/c-canara bank.

                  How will you present my cheque now i can't pay the amount. From last 1 year i will not make pending to finance... Please solve the problem..

                              I am trying to get the loan statement form many days.

                              The website doesnot have a customer login.

                              Where do you expect the customers to get their statements.

                              The call center number does not work properly.

                              Send me the complete statement for the account.

                              If this is the level you make you customers life easy then will never come back to you guys again.

                                  Monthly i used to get the messages from the company to pay the emi, but this month i didn't get, so i paid in 2nd week through neft transaction, but again i am getting the unpaid messages. And today morning some amount deducted from my account. Kindly give the clarification about this, and with prior information please deduct the amount.
