Agreement no.-2704555, Suzuki Gixxer MH01CF6380,

I was fully paid loan for a Two Wheeler in the year 2017 against which EMI period time to time.
But due to some technical fault from your end EMI could not be deducted from my account and against which I had to bear the pain of paying the EMI in cash for 8-9 months consecutively. However for the last 7 months EMI was deducted from my account.
Now as the EMI has been fully paid, I have applied for a NOC to be issued against the closure of the loan.
But I am really surprised to hear from your office that I had to pay a penalty charge against the interest.
I had already paid in cash due to the technical fault from your end.
I now want a clarification from your end that why I have to pay the penalty due to no fault of mine.
Also you are requested to issue me a NOC against the same immediately .

But Currently not issued my NOC. and effect my CIBIL score. last 3 years

My name is pratik jadhav. My loan agreement number - t[protected]. I'm not happy with your wrong information that you provide. I had already had an amount in my account for my bike emi but the emi did get cut and receive an message from you (L&t finance) guys that due to insufficient fund the emi was not deducted which is false. I can provide you the bank details regarding this. I have prove of it. This is your l&t's fault and not mine....

I am radhika suresh. I have purchased 2 two wheelers (Access 125 and activa 5g limited edition) through l&t finance. Access 125 has been purchased in the month of may 2019 and activa in the month of november 2019. But unfortunately i have not received any papers from l&t finance though i had requested them earlier. No statement or finance papers have been given to us. I request you to kindly send the same at the earliest.

We applied two wheeler loan, but before verification call or msg from your company, we cancelled the loan. But we got charged of rs.2000.00 from respective showroom. Pls advise us whether this is ur cancellation charge. Fyi. We have not get any loan number or loan approved message from your l&t finance company. We totally unaware whether loan approved or not. So kindly let me know the process of cancellation and charges.

I had availed an auto loan from l & t finance in thr year 2012 as per agreement no KGB126036R 12OO567040 . I had closed my auto loan in the year 2016.
During the loan tenure, an arbitration suit was filed against me. But after clearing the dues the case was disposed and closed. But l & t finance has not yet up dated my cibil marks by not mentioning the fact that the above suit was closed.
Hence i request your attention to clear my negative remarks in my payment history by mentioning the closure of civil suit. Because of this i am not able to take any loans from financial institutions.
So rectify the above issue on priority.

Since from the date of disbursement i am paying the emi regularly without due or bounce since march 2018 date to till date at the time of loan sanctioning the company representative explained that, soon i will receive a welcome kit from the company with sanction letter but still not yet received sanction letter and welcome kit so requesting to issue the above documents so, that i can submit the documents in to my office.

My complaint against your employee madhuri. Her mobile no. Is [protected]. She call us also from land line numbers. She humiliate me d my family during her calls. She call me & my family member and use very bad words and also mentally harass us. Take legal action against her d do justice as soon as possible. Hope for justice as legal norm by your side. O

I want to do complaint against your mumbai recovery department employee madhuri. Her mobile no. Is [protected]. She call us from land line started with 022. From 3 to 4 days she call me d my family and use humalite us by using bad words. It's my request to take legal action against as such employee who are using bad words and harassing people. Hope company will take right legal action against her. Hope for justice for me d my family.

L&t finance — redemption of infra bond 2012a series

I have taken two wheeler loan in the name of neha vishwa from l&t finance. Ihave paid all installments now i want noc. Iahve visited kota branch but they said that your loan is transferd to kotak mahindra bank. But i dont get noc my loan no is 2580150.
At kotak mahindra branch i dont get any support on this matter. They dont know any thing about this. Know what should i do?...

It's has been frustrating experience with l&t, 5 months ago i borrowed a loan for motorcycle. They didn't have any welcome letter or information about my loan account number. I am paying emi on time which automatically deducted from my bank account. But never received any receipt or update from l&t side. All information i get is from bank side saying that a sum of rs 2375 has been deducted.
Since i live out of town where i borrowed loan. So i'm unable to visit my home branch regarding that information. I tried talking to customer care of l&t by giving all the credentials to look out my loan account no. But they couldn't. So i'm paying emi but i don't know statement or any sort of information about my loan account no.

I'm mohammed ibrahim. I got a two wheeler through l&t finance.. I request you to change my emi date from 3rd to 10th... Because my salary was credit in my account only on 10th of every month... Due to this problem i missed my due... I'm not able to pay the emi correctly... Due to this my cibil score is affecting... I request you to solve my problem by changing the emi date as 10th of every month.

My two wheeler loan has been ended in janaury 2020. I want noc for this as i have moved in remote area so guide me the way to get this noc online. As when i contacted your customer care these guy told me to visit to thier office to get the noc. At the time you guys offering the service of loan you had told that no problem should be from yours end. R u guys going to pay the expense occur from travelling to your office from 800+ kilometers.
