I regret to inform you that that i am not being able to pay my emi for the same on time as my salary gets credited mostly on or after the 5th of every month of late. I would be very obliged if you would kindly change the date of my emi to the 7th of every month in place of the 3rd. My registered phone number is [protected]. Mysel[censored]day and i have taken bajaj pulsar 150 in september 2017 holding loan no:3415052. I know that i didn't pay on time and i have been charged for bounces for 3 or 4months. For bounce charges i crebited extra money in my account and it's got deducted 350 everytime for 6 times within 3days. But still i get calls to pay bounces charges nearby branch or agent. Later i have my remaining bounce charges are 2k apprx.

I have been instructed to pay the emi from paytm as well but didn't mention that there will be bounce charge even if i pay one day before as well. Now it has been increased to 4.5k which is more than my monthly emi (3204). Which i can't afford in my present situation.

Contacted customer support to raise complaint but not able to connect. Whenever i call them it says agents are busy, it holds for some time and disconnects the call.

Sir i purchased a tvs xl/super two wheeler new at manikanta motors pl. No.59 brundavan colony, champapet hyd 500079 on 18/06/2018 with
Repees rs 44, 000/- and i am payed down payment rs 24, 000/- and i am decided to take loan on remaining amount rs 20, 000 through your l&t finance ltd agent but your l&t finance agent is delayed it to 3 months, then i am requesting him to cancel my loan and i am payed my remaining amount 21, 500 with processing fee to authorized showroom, but my loan not cancelled, because your agent said that "sir loan is started and i will return your deducted amount if any collected from bank"but still l&t finance is deducting loan amount from my account., when am calling to your lt agent he is not responding, not behaving properly.. And actually am conformed to previously my loan amount rs. 2030 x 12 months but your agent changed it to rs. 1230 x 24 months, please solve my issue and refund my amount which are deducting rs. 1230/- for every month from last 11 months emi loan number :4090325.

I have completed loan amount before date, and i have finalized a deal to sell my two wheeler but due non receipt of noc i cannot close the deal.

I have paid the amount at andheri office - sagar tech plaza

I inquired at office, they say it will take 21 days and more. I have a deal pending to be closed. To give new loan it takes few hours and to close the loan it takes 21 days...

My loan account number is 4536430 I have recieved a message on my mobile stating that "there is a emi bounce charge of Rs. 430. I have paid all the emi on time you can check as well then why there is bounce charges which will be deducted on 31st oct. Request you to look into this complaint because on my 1st emi there was a bounce charge which I already paid. All emi are on time then why this Rs. 430 L&T charging.

Two wheeler loan A/c : 4132019

Here I’m writing about my July’s instalment which was supposed to be deducted from my Kotak Mahindra Bank through ECS on 03/07/2019 and due to some technical issue I failed to deposit the money in my bank account(I have screenshots of the error popping up while depositing). On 21/10/2019 there is a deduction from my bank of INR 590 for ECS return for 03/07/2019. I do not have any issue with this, I can consider it as a genuine and legal charges that has been deducted from my bank, because I did not go to bank to deposit the money.

On the same date i.e. 21/10/2019, there is another deduction of INR 590 for ECS return for 10/07/2019. I did not get any message that my money is going to be deducted for 10/07/2019 neither from my bank nor from L&T fin. I can not bear 2 ECS return deduction for 1 instalment which affect my Cibil score very much. I have been paying all my instalments since long to TVS as well as L&T, this is the first case.

Moreover, today on 23/10/2019 I got a message from L&T stating “Your ECS for Rs. 750 for L&T finance Loan A/c 4132019 will be presented on 25th October 2019. Please maintain sufficient balance in your bank account on or before 25th October.”

Literally, I’m unsatisfied with the services you are providing, as L&T has deducted my money twice for one single instalment and not even thinking about Customers Cibil score. I want my refund for 10/07/2019. Also, I want a note on my account which should disclose the fact that my Cibil should not be affected as it was not my fault. Nevertheless, I do not want L&T to deduct more INR 750.

I need my two wheeler loan account statement. The tw loan a/c no. 4055828 which the emi is not taken from your side. The collection team from your office is calling at night 9pm and using abuse language. I am trying to contact the person who name is mentioned as a contact for collection agent. But that number is always switched off. Kindly let me know the procedure to follow and also share my loan statement through mail.

It abused and threatened me 3 months ago, after which i complained against it.
He speaks such words to me. He said this will not happen from now on and i paid. But i found nothing against this. So i said i will not do payment until some action is taken against this. Today he got a call again and again abused and threatened. I also have proof

Last month i have done a balance transfer from my previous lender to lnt finance. Below is my loan account number

The loan was sanctioned on 13th of august. Howeever when i received the cheque i noticed that the broken period interest (Bpi) for 13th aug to 2nd sept was deducted in advance and first emi date given to me was 2nd october

I noticed that the bpi for main and top up loan was calculated for 5692227rs and 593467rs respectively. However the cheque which were issued to me were of 5661948rs and 586721rs.

When confronted i was told that what ever difference that i pay at my previous lender would be refunded to me after deducting the bpi. Now when i contacted lnt the amount which they said would be refunded is way less than the difference as i see discrepancy in bpi calculation.

It's been more than 8 weeks now and i am still awaiting for the refund.

I'll take a loan 3 years later... I'll paid all amount loan related... But now my account is settled, so i can't do another loans.. It's very difficult for me.. Please give a salutations,,, otherwise i'll take another action... And this news do viral social media..

मैंने एलएनटी कंपनी कंपनी के 5 एंपियर में स्विच और पंखे के गोल् घुमावदार स्विच अपने घर के लिए खरीदें थे खरीदने के कुछ समय पश्चात पंखे की गोल घुमावदार व 5 एंपियर के स्विच धीरे धीरे फटने लगे यह बीच से इस्तेमाल करते करते टूटने लगे इस संदर्भ में मैंने काफी मर्तबा डीलर से वार्तालाप की पर कोई भी संतोषजनक उत्तर आज तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है खरीदीने के12 से 16 महीनों में मैं अपने घर के अंदर 17 पंखे की नोक वह 38 5 एंपियर की सोच बदल चुका हूं एलएनटी कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट विशेषता बिजली के बिल्कुल बकवास है बेकार है और यह किसी भी अन्य साधारण कंपनी से निम्न स्तर के हैं मैं इस आशय से की जितना मानसिकऔर पैसा का नुकसान मुझे हुआ है उतना किसी और व्यक्ति को ना हो इसलिए सभी लोगों से प्रार्थना करो यदि आप अपने घर में बिजली का सामान प्रयोग करता हूं की भूलकर एलएनटी कंपनी के समान का प्रयोग ना करें यह एकदम घटिया और थर्ड क्लास कंपनी है यह सिर्फ ऊंची दुकान फीके पकवान है जो नुकसान मुझे हुआ है वह किसी और को ना हो

I recently purchased honda unicorn through your finance. Agent at dealership explained me about emi tenure. I opted for 2years and 3728 rs emi option. But recently my account only got debited for 1st emi 3139 rs so i called the customer service and asked about this issue they told you your tenure is 2.5years which i didn't select which was done by agent without me knowing of it. So im paying extra interest with this tenure. So i want clarification on this.

मै कार फाइनेंस करवाई थी L&T जिसका देय दिनांक 10 को चेक के दौरान जमा कर जाता हूँ फिर मेरा चेक ब्रांच से दिनांक 14 को लगाया जाता था 4 चेक बाउंस करवा दिए जिस वजह से मेरा सीविल भी खराब हुआ और उल्टा चेक बाउंस का फीस मुझसे 4000 ली जा रही है जबकी ब्रांच की गलती है आप से निवेदन है इसका निवारण जल्दी करे और जिसकी गलती से ऐसा हुआ है उससे जुर्माना लिया जाए

Waiting for the closure of my two wheeler loan availed in july, 2016 for purchase of honda - activa vide loan agreement no. 2920833

I have repaid all the instalments due on my loan. One last instalment which was bounced (Rs. 2498/-) was paid to l&t finance's hdfc bank account on 26/07/2019

The company has neither closed my loan account nor issued me the no dues letter, till date.
