Two wheeler loan A/c : 4132019
Here I’m writing about my July’s instalment which was supposed to be deducted from my Kotak Mahindra Bank through ECS on 03/07/2019 and due to some technical issue I failed to deposit the money in my bank account(I have screenshots of the error popping up while depositing). On 21/10/2019 there is a deduction from my bank of INR 590 for ECS return for 03/07/2019. I do not have any issue with this, I can consider it as a genuine and legal charges that has been deducted from my bank, because I did not go to bank to deposit the money.
On the same date i.e. 21/10/2019, there is another deduction of INR 590 for ECS return for 10/07/2019. I did not get any message that my money is going to be deducted for 10/07/2019 neither from my bank nor from L&T fin. I can not bear 2 ECS return deduction for 1 instalment which affect my Cibil score very much. I have been paying all my instalments since long to TVS as well as L&T, this is the first case.
Moreover, today on 23/10/2019 I got a message from L&T stating “Your ECS for Rs. 750 for L&T finance Loan A/c 4132019 will be presented on 25th October 2019. Please maintain sufficient balance in your bank account on or before 25th October.”
Literally, I’m unsatisfied with the services you are providing, as L&T has deducted my money twice for one single instalment and not even thinking about Customers Cibil score. I want my refund for 10/07/2019. Also, I want a note on my account which should disclose the fact that my Cibil should not be affected as it was not my fault. Nevertheless, I do not want L&T to deduct more INR 750.
